Attico Castiglione - Bologna

Luminoso e silenzioso appartamento di 60 mq con terrazza esclusiva sui tetti del centro storico, risalente al 1700 e completamente ristrutturato in modo conservativo. E' situato nella zona più prestigiosa di Bologna: a pochi passi dai Giardini Margherita e dalla rinomata Via Castiglione, da cui si raggiungono le Due Torri in circa 10 minuti a piedi. L'entrata è semi indipendente in una tipica palazzina bolognese, l'ingresso è al primo piano e il resto degli ambienti al secondo ed ultimo piano.

Un grande spazio aperto di 300mq, ricavato da un'antica scuderia del '700 facente parte dello storico Palazzo Secco Pastore della seconda metà del quattrocento. Loft con grandi vetrate che danno visuale sul portico (300 mq) e sul parco recintato da antiche mura. L'ho arredato con passione creando un mix di varie epoche, ottenendo così uno stile originale, accogliente e confortevole. Uno spazio volutamente fuori dal tempo ! Ideale se amate la vera campagna lombarda. Risiedo qui dal 1995.

La nostra casa è immersa nella campagna si trova lungo il tragitto dei percorsi podistici permanenti per visitare la zona Pedemontana Vicentina. In pochi km si raggiungono Breganze (terra di vini), Marostica, Thiene, Bassano.

Baita Barn in organic vineyard (chalet chiavenna)

Sulla cima di una collina, circondata da vigneti e coltivazioni , si erge il fienile di "Torre Scilano", luogo incantevole, situato lungo la via "Bregaglia" , il cui sfondo sono le cascate dell'Acquafraggia. Sito non solo naturale, ma anche storico-archeologico , in quanto il fienile sorge sui resti dell'antica Piuro, fiorente città sepolta da una frana nel settembre 1618. Questa particolare costruzione storica è legata strettamente al territorio agricolo-colturale.

It measures 240 m2 (on two levels) and is located at an altitude of 630 meters in a small sunny village near the forest, in the Adamello natural park. Authentic experience in nature, many activities possible.

Barn1686 is located in the quiet village of Borgonovo, surrounded by stunning mountains. Originally built in 1686, the barn was fully renovated in 2015 and offers 90 m² of modern amenities: electric heating, a modern kitchen, two open bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a cozy fireplace. Charme, swimming pool & comfort

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Caravanilia HOME was born from an old renovated stable located in the private garden of the main building. A special refuge for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of nature without giving up being in the city center. An opportunity to stay in a venue characterized by a piece of art, a Mural by the local artist Paolo Psiko that fits perfectly into the colonial style of the whole decor.

The B&B is built out of a 19th century stable, with a wonderful view over the "Montefeltro". The two double room have both private bathroom, free wireless internet, dvd, music player, a fully equipped kitchen and pool. We accept animals with a little overcharge; they can enter the pool enclosure, but not the water!
