Magnate Mactaquac's smallest a-frame, designed for two, with an option of sleeping a small child on the sleeper sectional. This cozy a-frame cabin is situated on Meadow Brook and directly beside Mactaquac Provincial Park. This tiny concept a-frame has everything you need, with a beautifully modern kitchen, dining table, sofa, queen bedroom and a stunning bathroom with custom tile shower. It also comes with outdoor fire pit and a wood fired hot tub nestled against the steam!

Staycation, vacation or work trip - enjoy a view of the river from the kitchen and living room! There are 3 bdrms - 2 queens and bunk beds for the kiddos - the top bunk is for children ONLY. We are nestled in the hillside, surrounded by forest & wildlife. Pet friendly during the months of May-October. Great news, the snowmobile and ATV trails are located just 2 minutes from the cottage! When given the opportunity, this is the perfect escape to view deer and wild turkeys! Take an adventure wheeling, snowmobiling, snowshoeing or hiking. End the day with a bonfire and star gazing or snuggle up by the indoor wood stove. You decide it's your vacation to enjoy!

The house is in a wooded area, with a view of two rivers in winter and woods view in summer. There is a large deck for sunset views that guests are welcome to use. Nearby is the Shore Road where one can walk along the river or put a kayak or canoe in. A half-hour north is a fine dining restaurant and art gallery. Woodstock has a few varied restaurants and a cafe downtown, a craft beer and a restaurant pub, community centre with free indoor walking/running track.

Enjoy fishing, kayaking, swimming from our 1800 feet of frontage on the Meduxnekeag river, or hiking and snowshoeing on our 70+ acres. 5 minutes from the Houlton Golf course and the snowmobile trails. Roast some smores on the campfire with the kids at sunset, or cosy up and watch a movie inside on a rainy day.

Our rustic queen bed cabin is a cute, relaxing little getaway for two with a big screened in porch. We're located along the main ATV trail, just pull right in! There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!
