Peaceful country living near Philpott Lake. Outdoors trails, hunting and fishing. Near Blue Ridge Parkway, National and State parks. Enjoy the nature in a very private, quiet cottage. Very clean non smoking, 65" TV/home theatre, WI-FI , Wood Burning Stove, and outdoor fire pit (wood provided) for your enjoyment. Come and distress yourself at Hope Haven Cottage. This lower level apartment has easy parking and is just steps from the water. The unit has living/dining space, a separate bedroom, and a mini kitchen with refrig, microwave, and toaster oven. 600+ square feet. Wifi and tv are available. Free use of kayak or give the paddleboard a try. Life vests are available.
