The cottage is located in a quiet coastal community over looking Chauncey Creek, but is just minutes to all the seacoast has to offer. Short drive to many area beaches (Hampton, NH; York, Ogunquit, Wells, ME). Better yet, walk to Kittery's own quiet Seapoint Beach, paddle at the bottom of the hill in the two kayaks provided or just relax on the peaceful deck with a book, a beverage and the gas fire pit for ambience...

The product of a complete gut renovation in 2020. The unit is 300 yards to Fisherman's Beach at the bottom of the street. The apartment is the 1st floor of a two family home (our family lives upstairs). It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, pro kitchen, open living/dining area. The driveway can fit 2 cars (tight). There is additional parking at the bottom of the street. Please see house rules settings for holiday minimum bookings. We are pet friendly, but require case by case approval.

Charming South End Duplex (Pets Ok)

Ground floor duplex with backyard. In the heart of the South End. The best restaurants and coffee shops in Boston are within 1-2 blocks. We are pet friendly with a dog park 1 block away. A Victorian brownstone with 2 floors and a big backyard. 2 separate bedrooms (queen beds) with exposed brick and heavy duty AC units in each BR. The third bed is a queen sized Serta air mattress(easily inflatable) A massive parlor level, very spacious. Easily the best neighborhood in Boston.

Your dog called, they want to go to the beach! Even in the Summer it’s local custom to let your dog off-lease before 8 am and after 7pm. So, enjoy the beach guilt free during the day knowing your dog is resting comfortably after a morning swim. This open concept small space has a well appointed kitchen (hosted by a fine cook with all expected condiments to share) and ability to seat 12. Sunny private 2 bedroom cottage with large garden, deck,and great Lanesville location near the ocean. Living room with large flat screen smart TV with Roku, fast internet, and lounge with pull out couch and pocket door for privacy. Now with mini-split A/C and new windows in the bedrooms! Dogs under 55 lbs allowed (no more than 2 ) no cats. Yard is not fenced in.
