Spacious and Cosy Monumental Mansion

Exceptional, cosy, light and very large house. Lovely living-room, huge kitchen with everything a chef needs. Large walled- city garden and 4 large bedrooms. Ideally located in "West-Brabant", 45 min from the beaches of Zeeland, 30 min from Rotterdam and Antwerp and 20 min from Breda. You will enjoy our house because of the athmospheren, the light, garden, neighbourhood and comformtable beds. My house is suitable for couples, business travellers, groups of friends and families. In town-center.

Herenhuis/Stadsvilla (voor groepen)

(8-16 personen) Dit vrijstaande Herenhuis uit 1935 bevindt zich midden in het centrum van Emmen op slechts enkele minuten lopen van uitgaan, station, bos, Wildlands en het Rensenpark. Er is ruime (gratis!) parkeergelegenheid. Je huurt de gehele bovenwoning en deel van de onderwoning met eigen keuken, woonkamer, badkamers, wc's en fijne tuin. 💎 Situated on crystal clear water, you find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. You will explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, you paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en biedt uitzicht op het water. Met maar liefst vijf terrassen, waaronder twee sfeervolle veranda's waarvan één met een houtkachel, is er altijd een plekje om te ontspannen. De badkamer heeft een heerlijke regendouche. Op de begane grond vind je een royale slaapkamer met een kingsize bed en een 1-persoonsbed. Op de eerste verdieping is een 2-persoonsbed in een aparte open ruimte. Het grote gazon is perfect voor een potje voetbal of badminton!

Aan de rand van het Appelschaster bos vind je dit moderne fijne vakantiehuis. Op een unieke plek met alle faciliteiten. Het verblijf is voorzien van ruime keuken met vaatwasser, koffiezet apparaat en combi magnetron. Het verblijf heeft vloerverwarming, airco, bar met tap en boxspring bedden. Aan de Westzijde van het eiland nabij de bossen en het strand met vrij uitzicht over de weilanden, de duinen en het kerkje van Den Hoorn. Hazen, buizerds, kiekendieven en uilen komen regelmatig een kijkje nemen bij Heidehof. ‘s Avonds geniet je hier van de mooiste sterrenhemel van Nederland, warm gehouden door het houtvuur in de vuurplaats.
