Bright, clean, modern bachelor suite located in a quiet neighbourhood in Central Saanich. Separate entrance with a patio to enjoy sitting outside. Parking, wifi, cable included. Close to the airport & B.C. ferries! Grocery stores, parks, farmers markets, restaurants, & Butchart Gardens are all less than a 10 min. drive. Victoria, Sidney, and the ocean are all within about 20 mins. Elk Lake is a 10 min. drive where you can enjoy the beach or walk around the beautiful 10 K path around the lake.

We know how important it is to feel comfortable & relaxed when you arrive back from a long day of sightseeing. This idea is what inspired us to build our guest suite and provide everyone that stays a place to recharge, relax and enjoy. It is attached to the main house with separate entrance, own bathroom and a small patio area. It is safe to leave your bikes behind the locked gates. Free street parking. A/C. The Brentwood Garden — basement suite is located in a quiet neighbourhood at the back of the house with a beautiful garden and patio. A infant is welcome to sleep in a beautiful baby wicket basket with stand. Unfortunately, the suite is not wheelchair accessible. Suitable for 2 persons. The suite and upper - hosts floor share one heating and cooling system with a thermostat on main floor. Our guests are able to control a comfortable temperature in the suite by adjusting ceiling vents.

Welcome to our West Coast vacation suite, located in Sidney-by-the-Sea, Vancouver Island, British Columbia. Our suite is a 10-minute walk into Sidney either along the coastal walk or streets. The suite is the first level of our home, 9 ft ceilings, grade entry with off street parking, private keyless entrance at the rear. There is a small yard, which is fenced/gated. The suite is comfortably furnished to provide everything you would need for a vacation stay. Legal BC AirBnB
