THE STABLE is a modern granny flat with 1 comfortable queen sized bed, open plan kitchen and lounge room, air conditioning close to Hunter Valley Vineyards with only a 15-20 min CAR RIDE to all main attractions and concert venues. Our flat is semi attached to our main house but has private entrance, we also have a mini dash Wonka that will be more than happy to say hello when he’s out & about. Please also note CHECK IN IS 2PM and CHECK OUT is 10am ! * All towels and bedding provided by me :)

Fairy Cottage

Fairy cottage is a self contained unit set overlooking our fairy garden. The cottage consists of 1 bedroom with a queen bed and a sofa bed in the lounge room. There’s 1 bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The front porch has a swing seat overlooking the fairy garden. Feel free to wander around the property excluding our home and back yard. Approximately 5 mins to local vineyards, 20 mins to Pokolbin. Lots of local pub’s and restaurants nearby too most with a courtesy bus. Just a lovely spot

Relax and enjoy your time in the beautiful Hunter Valley with this centrally located gem. Located in the heart of Lovedale on the grounds of Abelia House lies 'Lily Pad Studio'. Our three-bedroom home is located in the heart of North Rothbury, just a short drive from some of the area's best attractions. Whether you're here to explore the local wineries, attend a concert, or simply relax and unwind, we're confident that you'll find everything you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. We are also only a stroll away from parks, cafe's, taverns and a local supermarket. Please note: Towels and linen are provided.

Olive Lane

Olive Lane is within walking distance to restaurants, cellar doors and a day spa. Enjoy the breathtaking scenery over the vineyards, olive groves and Brokenback Range. Wake up with the view of hot air balloons, kangaroos and bird life, and in the evening enjoy captivating sunsets while sipping a glass of Hunter Valley wine. The apartment is completely private and self contained with your own entry and parking.

Stewart Cottage

Stewart cottage has three en-suite bedrooms, and is set in quiet and peaceful bushland less than two hours drive from Sydney. Stewart is close to many wineries and restaurants, and only five minutes drive from Hunter Valley Gardens and Roche and Hope Estates. The cottage is kept meticulously clean by our long-term housekeeper. We charge per guest, with a minimum of three guests for weekend stays.

Amelies is a unique romantic self contained cottage with stunning views of the Hunter Valley vineyards below. Perched on Pokolbin Mountain the cottage is private and secluded, yet 5 minutes to world class wineries, restaurants and golf courses. Enjoy a break from the everyday hustle and bustle relaxing in the spa bath (with a view!) or listening to the birds sing in the private courtyard.
