Excelente estadia! Condomínio bastante tranquilo, apartamento confortável com tudo que é necessário, incluindo uma cadeira adequada para trabalhar, bastante conveniente pois estava de home office. O condomínio fica ao lado do shopping ponta negra, o que me permitiu ter acesso fácil a mercado, drogaria e restaurantes. O condomínio também tinha uma piscina excelente! Valeu bastante a pena.

O apartamento corresponde a descrição. Tudo limpo e impecável. O anfitrião sempre atencioso e receptivo. Voltaria novamente👍🙌👏

Excelente lugar para visitar la hermosa ciudad de Zipaquirá. El apartamento es súper amplio con todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda. El conjunto es muy bonito y bien cuidado. El personal de la portería súper amable. Al lado hay un centro comercial donde se consigue todo lo necesario. Los anfitriones súper pendientes. Recomendado 10 de 10.

Una muy buena y recomendable opción de alojamiento en Cuzco. Completamente satisfecho.

Apartamento cómodo que cubre todas las necesidades. Tiene la gentileza de dejarte agua para la llegada y champú con acondicionador. Hay restaurantes y supermercados cercas. La zona tranquila y segura

Mon séjour s’est très bien passé, le logement est bien propre, situé dans un quartier calme et agréable, une place de parking est disponible devant le logement. La piscine et le jardin juste incroyable et le logement très chaleureux, tout était top ! Merci à Sébastien et à sa compagne pour leur accueil chaleureux !

This place seems to be my home in Iquitos. I felt very comfy and I had very good contact with the staff. The apartment itself is very spacious and has a lot of cosy places to sit down and relax. The mattress in the bedroom is very comfortable as well. Moronacocha district is quiet and I didn't hear the street noise which allowed me to sleep well and rest. The water in the shower is hot, there is a heater in the bathroom. All of the staff are very kind and easy-going, they're doing a very good job. I wish them good luck and hope to see them again soon!

Melhor lugar de Salinópolis! Perto da melhor praia e com muitos restaurantes excelentes! Tudo se completa com o excelente atendimento do anfitrião! Parabéns mesmo.

A anfitriã foi super receptiva e descreveu com detalhes a acomodação, fazendo questão de nos receber pessoalmente. Além disso, sempre respondia prontamente nas comunicações pelo celular. O apartamento é super organizado, acochegante e seguro. O custo-benefício é ótimo. Recomendo!

La vista del lugar me encantó, fácilmente se llega al centro histórico, el apartamento muy limpio y ordenado, la anfitriona muy pendiente y preocupada, … gracias por tu colaboración y acogida.

This place was fantastic, gorgeous view, comfy spacious rooms and living area, fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, and microwave. TV has Netflix. Hosts are lovely and attentive, quick responses and always ready to help. The only flaws would be the showers are quite temperamental and not too strong if you want them warm, and the washing machine only uses cold water so not possible to really wash clothes. Also note it’s located at the top of a steep hill so hard work or taxis needed! Other than that it’s ideal for a stay in Cusco :)

Ricardo and his wife are the best AirBnB hosts I have ever encountered. They were extremely kind, receptive and dedicated to my satisfaction and me having a good experience. They accommodate my cat and my kitty without a problem. They sre also animal lovers which shows true character. The apartment is perfect, it has all you need, its clean and quiet! Coming from a month living in the jungle the place was just what I needed to rest. I strongly recommend Ricardo and I am definitely coming back anytime I need a place to stay in Cusco!

Stayed in the very spacious apartment for two weeks. Jofre was always very communicative, willing to help and provide useful information and instructions. I used Google Translate a lot, as I don't speak Portuguese. Enjoyed the terrace with the most amazing view over the city and river a lot. The swimming pool is an added value and allows for a good swim too. The living room and the main bedrooms have airco. The kitchen is basic but OK. The apartment has a parking space. Top location. Close to restaurants, shopping mall, super market, touristic places. City development was ongoing in the neighborhood, so the location will for sure even have more added value in the future.

Had a great stay at this apt. Very beautiful and modern look. Located in a very safe place and had no issues at all at anytime. Will stay here again for sure in the future. Very much recommended.

Apartamento muito bom, bate com a descrição, tudo muito limpo e arrumadinho. condomínio bem legal e organizado. O anfitrião sempre respondia e era bem gentil. No geral achei ótimo, só não achei muito boa a cama porque era dura, mas de resto tudo ótimo. Recomendo

Great unit, great host, superb pool...clean with a nice balcony area to relax. Jean even lent me his bicycle for 3 days going above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here when visiting the Cayenne area and it's beautiful beaches !!!
