The North Perth Nook

A super cozy piece of history awaits you at the North Perth Nook. Past Nook lives - Photo studio , stain glass studio , corner deli, general store. Built in 1908 this is peak North Perth ! Queen size bed, kitchenette and gorgeous bathroom. Coffee shops, cafes and boutiques are all within walking distance. No car necessary as a short walk to the nearest bus stop with buses running every few minutes into the city centre or the beach. Onsite off street parking if you do have a car.

Spacious, inner-city self contained studio

The studio is close to public transport, a short walk from shops, cafes and nightlife. It is ideal for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers. Located in our backyard over the garage guests can enjoy complete privacy. The studio is fully self-contained with a queen size bed, lounge, bathroom, fridge, microwave, tea/coffee and parking. Laundry facilities are available in the main house by request. Also happy to try and accommodate flexible check in/ out times depending on availability

Suite No:1 - Perth Holiday Cottage

Best suited for short term stays. Suite 1 is part of our house. It has its own entrance, and consists of a bedroom, a small bathroom, kitchenette (kettle, toaster, bar fridge, microwave - not suitable for cooking full meals), and sitting area on front verandah. 20 mins bus ride to the centre of Perth. Walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping centre, and lake. NB: - NO SMOKING on the premises. Those requesting to book must comply with this. Also check Suite No2 by same host.

On the Edge of the City- Perth city and Kings Park

Nestled in one of Perth’s most exclusive streets. In an older and unassuming building than its wealthy neighbours. The renovated private studio apartment has its own special touches. On the city’s doorstep, adjacent to the highway and a short walk to King's Park. The footbridge just outside the complex crosses into the city. Complimentary Wi-Fi is basic use only and shared throughout the building. Can be slow and limited at times. Free parking is on a first come first served basis.

Situated in North Perth on a quiet residential tree lined street this quiet 1 bedroom cottage is a great place to stay. There is kitchen, lounge dining area and bathroom, free wifi. A pet (no cats sorry), is welcome but please check with us beforehand Supermarkets and array of shops, cafes and bars in North Perth. The cafe strip on Angrove Street will blow you away with the choice and quality on offer, along with a great selection of boutique shops

Stunning urban townhouse in the heart of beautiful Mount Lawley. Modern and luxurious, free standing. This cosy two story townhouse is located at the back of our property behind our home. Providing secure off street parking with unlimited WiFi and central heating and cooling. Our townhouse is lovingly maintained with all modern amenities, if you require anything further, we are always available.

Hyde Park 2 BR Guest Suite

Located on the edge of the city in North Perth, overlooking iconic Hyde Park, this private, self contained guest suite is ideal for those who wish to stay close to the city and its attractions, but also enjoy views of trees and greenery. Perth CBD is an easy and enjoyable 2km walk through cool and leafy Hyde Park and vibrant Northbridge, with its many bars and restaurants.

Semi Detached Suite - Close to City

Your own very private area includes a beautiful Bedroom, Lounge with microwave, fridge and kettle and Bathroom all overlook the pool. This space is downstairs which is quite separate from the main house. Please note we live upstairs but all of downstairs area is yours except the laundry is shared.
