The living space is located above an oversized double garage. Property has been re-fenced with a newly landscaped back yard for pups. Being pet friendly with the garage for security are great assets to this space, and the downtown location can not be beat.

Cosy studio cabin/ yard with easy highway access

Whether it’s your home on the way or a longer stay, you will enjoy your time here. Our little cabin has been recently fully renovated and is very clean. It is situated just 5 minute drive to Sunnybrae beach, 10 minutes to Blind Bay and Salmon Arm is just 15 minutes away. The yard shares a fence with horses, sheep and entertaining goats. We welcome well behaved dogs in the cabin, please let us know if you will be bringing one.
