We absolutely loved our stay at Kim’s Airbnb. We stayed here for the Miami F1 Grand Prix weekend and this was the perfect location to be able to get to the circuit in 10 minutes and downtown Miami easily. She was super attentive and responsive. The private room and bathroom were perfect. I loved having our own space and private entrance. Would definitely recommend to other race fans or anyone attending events at the Hard Rock stadium.

Overall, this was a great stay. The construction on the building didn't bother us in our room per se, but did cause some traffic in the parking lot. There are some walkable options but we opted for longer days out elsewhere. The space itself is done as well as it could be. The building is dated a little bit, but this unit was perfect and the best use of space possible. The only minor drawback was the lack of a dishwasher, but if you eat out a lot that is a non-issue. The kitchen has everything we needed other than a sharper knife (understandably so). We had kids so the lack of dangerous or breakable items in the unit was a plus for us. The building's amenities aren't super impressive, but most importantly the beach and heated pool met our needs perfectly.

Exactly as described and as pictured. The building is located in a quieter part of Brickell and within walking distance of all you could need in terms of shops and restaurants, Brickell Key, etc. The accommodations were immaculately clean. As noted by some, its a bit dated but not any worse for wear and tear as many hotels (in fact, I'd say its wearing better!). My only two cents is additional towels as I found myself rationing the towels and washcloths, a small table in the large bathroom would be helpful to accommodate a toiletry bag, and new pillows. The current ones are super spongy and perhaps that is a matter of personal taste. The mattress is in need of replacement and maybe has the run of this year left in it. I will definitely stay here again. Christian is a very proactive host and the accommodations were fine, quiet, clean, and comfortable.

First i would like to say i am extremely happy i found this really beautiful home!!! This home was everything and really made my birthday weekend even more special. The Host was also everything!!! He also made me feel very special for my birthday as he delivered some yummy treats to the door as soon as i checked in. I felt very safe, comfortable and at home. From the time you pull up to the home to walking to the back yard everything is soo amazing and really feels like paradise!!! My host kept in touch each day making sure nothing was needed…My stay was so great and relaxing i had to extend my stay lol i cannot wait to book again soon (very soon as my husband agrees lol) so this time i can really enjoy the jacuzzi. Thank you for having my family and I!!! 💗

Dragonfly Landing

I had such a great stay at Dragonfly Landing. Spotlessly clean, cozy, spacious and sun-drenched - it’s a peaceful and private oasis. I felt immediately at home. Really appreciated the fully equipped kitchen (the fridge had chilled bottles of water, which was so nice upon arrival), great bathroom with a fantastic shower, comfy bed and fast WiFi for remote working. The outdoor areas are beautifully landscaped and loved the shaded off-street parking. Victor and Matt are fantastic hosts, super friendly and attentive. Will definitely bookmark for the future, highly recommend!

The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The decor is very pretty and beachy. There were plenty of towels and linens and the garage had a nice selection of beach chairs and toys. It would have been helpful to have a drying rack or two for bathing suites, etc. but overall we were very happy with our stay. The pool area was not our favorite. The hot tub was not heated and there were leaves and debris in the pool, but it did not ruin our stay. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay with our moms at this apartment. We felt comfortable and relaxed every evening when we came and we had a nice area to spend time together in the living room and then we had nice spacious bedrooms to go to rest. This apartment was perfect for us with great shopping options nearby. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fue una estancia magnífica, volveríamos a repetir sin duda! Leonie es una gran anfitriona, estuvo súper atenta desde nuestra llegada hasta que dejamos el apartamento y siempre muy amable. El apartamento está muy bien cuidado y perfectamente limpio, da gusto pasar unos días en su estancia porque te sientes como en casa con todas las amenidades que te ofrece Leonie. Pictures truly don’t do justice to how stunning this apartment is—or the bittersweet feeling I have leaving it. Nestled in the heart of Brickell, Miami’s vibrant and upscale neighborhood, this place offers breathtaking views of the bay. You can watch boats glide by and soak in the serene, sparkling water right from the balcony. The mix of city energy and calming ocean vibes is unmatched. Easily the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. Jessica is super chill and an amazing host. I’d 💯 recommend!

Erick could not have been a better host, and the house could not have been a better fit for our group. It’s SO close to the beach, and it’s stocked with beach chairs, paddleboard, kayak, etc. The pool is lovely and the rooms are very spacious. No complaints at all! We are already thinking of booking for next year!

Claudia and Elisa’s place was great- clean, well stocked and comfortable. The outdoor space is so lovely. Claudia was very communicative, friendly, and caring. She offered recommendations for food and places to visit and was overall very sweet and accommodating.

This was the perfect spot for our friends Bachelorette Party ! We had the best time and the air bnb was perfect ! Beautiful spot and area ! Looked exactly like the pictures ! This was a great place for our family of five. Good central location, private, and quiet. We were here to visit with elderly parents that live nearby but cannot host us, so we didn’t do much sightseeing. The back patio had enough seating for all of us, and that is where we spent most of our time. The heated pool was a big hit… No shock to the body when going in. We would definitely stay here again.
