Lots of hummingbirds, wild turkeys, deer, squirrels, quail etc… We are located up on a hill in a very quiet neighborhood.

Welcome to the Konocti Lake House! Located on the west side of Lakeport on the water. This house is ideal for groups of anglers or anyone looking for a quiet and scenic neighborhood to relax near the lake. There is easy parking for three truck/boat combos in the front with ample outdoor lighting. Amazing scenery with a land preserve and views of Mount Konocti. This house is very cozy and comfortable and has everything you could need to enjoy a vacation to Clearlake.

Our open plan cottage studio has lovely views of our walnut orchard, historic barn and fields. Enjoy sunset over the neighboring vineyards from your private deck. We are a mile down the road from a lovely State park, that is if you ever want to leave our tranquil little farm. The walking trail across the street leads to our community lake front access. 2 paddle boards, 1 single kayak and a tandem sea kayak avbl. Must Sign waiver. The lake is beautiful, clear, cold and great for kayaking in the winter. Dress appropriately!

Lakeport Lake House for Fishermen

Great location in Lakeport. Easy access to multiple launch ramps and easy access by boat to the North end of the lake. Plenty of parking for trucks and boats. The dock can handle two boats and has power to charge your batteries. The house is clean, comfortable and right on the water. Tune baits, fish off the dock, watch tv and relax. Fully remodeled kitchen and bay window lets you fuel up in comfort and style. Foamie mattresses for comfort and deep rest.
