Gorgeous lakefront home close to Burlington!

Lovely lakeside home w/expansive views of Lake Iroquois! Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with high-end finishes, hardwood, and slate floors. Relaxing great room, full kitchen, dining room, one-bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the first level. The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. Pet friendly-fee applies.

Enjoy a sunny and relaxed stay in a newly appointed loft style apartment. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable to hang out in, or explore all the activity nearby. You will be one block from the Waterfront. This relaxing location is convenient to everything; restaurants, breweries, speakeasy spots, shopping, bike path, boat launch, antique stores, breakfast spots, music venues, etc. Enjoy the front porch. The off street parking (for ONE car)and walkable location are really appreciated

Lakefront, cute and cozy year round cottage

Keep it simple. Peaceful and centrally-located two bedroom cottage on beautiful Lake Champlain. Deck and firepit to enjoy the most amazing lake sunsets. A perfect couples getaway but can accommodate a small family. A home away from home with all the conveniences we could think of! A Paddle board on site for your use. Bring your own fishing gear and fish right off of the dock(summer months). Just a few miles from several VT State parks, 30 minutes to Burlington,30 minutes to Smuggs.

Welcome VT’s most beautiful lakefront year round property, offering amazing sunsets over Lake Champlain and the ADK Mtns, endless gardens, and fall leaf peeping all while relaxing in one of our many Adirondack chairs. The 1 BR suite shares no space with the main home and has its own entrance. It has a kitchen, living & dining areas, and bathroom. 1 bedroom with 10ft ceilings with lots of natural light. Walking distance to amazing restaurants, craft breweries, walking and biking trails, museums, theater, parks, boating, and skiing. Close to SUNY and CCC campuses and UVM/CVPH hospital. Airport is 5 minutes away. Lake Champlain and boat basin are only a 5 minute walk. Lake Placid, Burlington and Montreal are an hour or less away. Plenty of parking for vehicles and anglers with their boats. Lots of local history to explore.

Located along the beautiful Saranac River in North Eastern NY, 5 minutes from SUNY Plattsburgh,10 minutes from Lake Champlain, 50 minutes from Lake Placid, 1 hour from Montreal and 1 hour from Burlington VT. White Face Mountain, skiing, snowboarding, cross country skiing, ADK 46 High Peaks, hiking, golfing, and fishing are all a short drive away. Plattsburgh NY with its amazing restaurants and bar scene is a 5-minute drive. Plenty of parking space.

Directly on Lake Champlain with uninterrupted views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. Beautiful Sunsets! Adjacent to the Island Line Rail Trail Bike Path and 10 miles to Burlington by bike. Full kitchen with under counter refrigerator. Close to vineyards and apple orchards. 3 night minimum stay. Bike ferry is us usually open from May to Oct. Check schedule for hours.
