Chazy Boat ramp is 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. This guest house has been built and designed by my husband and I. It sits behind our house with private walking/biking trails right out your door. The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. Enjoy everything Burlington has to offer in this cozy, stylish cottage. This adorable house was completed in January of 2023 and has a master bedroom plus a sleeping loft, as well as a full-sized bathroom, washer and dryer, and parking. The dining/living area has a small partial view of Lake Champlain! You're tucked away on a quiet residential street near a park & playground but are just a 10-minute walk to downtown and a 5-minute walk to the lakefront and a gorgeous shoreline bike path.

ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.

Built in 2024 and designed to complement the 1930s bungalow aesthetic of the main house, this cottage sits directly across from Ethan Allen Park with North Avenue beaches a short bike ride or drive away. Sleeps up to 4 with a queen bed in the bedroom and a queen pullout sofa in the living room. Skylights and lofty ceilings fill the space with natural light throughout. Well insulated with centrally ducted heat and A/C for year-round comfort.

Lakehouse Loft Apartment

This newly construction upstairs loft has lake access and views of majestic Lake Champlain. Dogs under 25 pounds are allowed w/ permission and a $25 per night, per dog, pet fee. (Maximum of 2 dogs) If your dog is larger, please don't ask. Pit-bulls, pit-bull mixes, Dobermans, and Rottweilers are not allowed as per our insurance. There are reputable kennels nearby for you use, so you can have you pet close, for day trips.
