Lovely lakeside home w/expansive views of Lake Iroquois! Beautifully furnished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath home with high-end finishes, hardwood, and slate floors. Relaxing great room, full kitchen, dining room, one-bedroom, and 1/2 bath on the first level. The entire upper level is devoted to a bedroom suite and features its own balcony, an oversized bathroom with a tiled shower, and a soaking tub. 2 kayaks and a canoe are available to explore the lake! 20 min. to Burlington. Beautiful lake home on a private road with A/C and strong WIFI so you can work from home if needed. Quiet place where you can relax and watch this million dollar view all day. Chazy Boat ramp is only 500 feet from the house so do not hesitate to bring your boat. You can enjoy the beautiful sunset outside or from the veranda or decide to stay cozy by the fireplace inside. Firewood is provided at the location, but you have to bring your own fire starter (NO liquid). NO DOCK on the premises.

Enjoy our extensive private beach, sunsets from the large deck, shady lake breezes from the patios, large yard for outdoor activities and games complete with fire pit. Close by is the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge, Alburg Dunes State Park, ski resorts, Burlington for fine dining and nightlife, the famous Lake Champlain Islands, and Canada.

The Space This exquisite one-bedroom cottage is located on the grounds of a 200 acre estate in the center of Stowe. The cottage is at the far end of a quiet, peaceful meadow and looks out onto a spring-fed pond with views of Mt. Mansfield. There are countless walking/running/biking/XC trails both on and adjacent to the property. The trails on the property connect to the very popular Cady Hill mountain bike network.
