Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Total and complete renovation in 2024. Everything is new. Large driveway with the room to park your boat trailer . Gourmet, fully equipped kitchen, including stainless steel appliances, and a Keurig coffee machine . Peaceful location. Private outdoor space. Fully fenced in side garden. Deck with flat top grill and dining area. House is three bedrooms, one king, one queen, and two twin beds. The house is waterfront with the boat lift.

If you planning to have a party or an event, this place is NOT FOR YOU. This is a peaceful place to stay. If you planning to have a party or an event, this place is NOT FOR YOU. The neighbors are very strict about noise and large groups of people. A very clean place with most of the amenities. Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home with Newer Oversized Salt Water Pool with Electric Heater, Large Lanai area with plenty of room for entertaining. There is not dishwasher machine and no garbage disposal.

This home is a beautiful relaxing piece of paradise on a fresh water canal full of wild life. We have a refreshing saltwater pool that is heated in the winter, the pool overlooks the canal and the dock. The dock give’s a beautiful views of the sunrise and sunsets just sit back in the relaxing chairs and enjoy. The theme to the inside of this vacation in paradise is very beachy. You will feel like you are on vacation as soon as you walk in the doors.
