A Birdie's Nest

Wellington Carriage House

You'll enjoy your stay in the private detached guesthouse which resides on the front half of our horse acre property. You'll be greeted by a lovely manicured yard with mature rhodies, azaleas & stunning Magnolias that bloom each spring. The covered patio entrance will lead you to the private side entrance door to the stairs that take you to the second level studio apartment where upon entry the full kitchen, regulation pool table and 8 foot drop down projector TV will greet and entertain you!

Welcome to a cozy lakefront getaway with a beautiful view of Lake Stickney. Great place for self-renewal, couple retreats, family, friends hanging out, or business travellers. Enjoy the private dock and lakefront activities like bird watching, fishing, swimming, paddleboarding, kayaking and canoeing. Complete with a huge deck for BBQ and enjoying the outdoors. Get away for a weekend and soak in the hot tub.  Perfect area for a PNW getaway within a short distance from Seattle and Snohomish. 

Experience Woodinville Wine Country/Dwntwn Bothell

This cozy 3-bedroom home, beautifully designed and furnished for couples, groups, and families alike, is located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac within minutes from Main Street Bothell, McMenamins Anderson School House, and Woodinville Wine Country. Explore the PNW through nature trails and hikes, sit in a cafe, or enjoy a brew at one of the local hot spots. Downtown Seattle is a 25 minutes drive (traffic depending). We accommodate 6 people in beds plus provide a queen size air mattress.

River's Bend Cottage-Scenic River & Mountain Views

We have been using Airbnb for years, and are now super excited to begin our journey as hosts! This is a lovely cottage home with great views of Snohomish river and Cascade mountains. Access to the river is a short 3 block walk, where walking trails are plenty. You will find yourself a couple of minutes from either downtown Everett, or downtown Snohomish. Take in the many cute eateries, and antique shops, and water front views that both of these cities have to offer!

Relax with the whole family at this Everett home in a peaceful neighborhood. Live like a local and enjoy the many restaurants and sites that Everett has to offer. The home has all the essential amenities with spacious parking, cozy bedrooms, fully stocked kitchen and washer and dryer to accommodate all your needs. Pets and family small gathers are allowed with no extra fee as long as guests can keep it under control.

Quintessential PNW stay. One of the best locations to experience everything the PNW has to offer. Get a good nights rest and then head out to explore! Private home in wooded tranquility, near Seattle

This one-bedroom, fully equipped home is located on five wooded acres, across the driveway from the host's primary residence. In the past, the home was used by my in-laws. The location is very quiet with an on-site hiking trail through majestic evergreen trees. We are within a mile of shopping and dining facilities. We are within a half hour drive of Seattle and Everett, Washington.

The 4 Agreements Home is a one bedroom Guest hideaway decked out in a Modern Contemporary vibe. Private entrances, with off the street parking, will allow you to be off in your own world while so close to Paine Field, Everett Mall, many restaurants, parks, and health clubs.
