Take a 300m walk to beautiful South Beach, and find award winning bakeries, cafes, bars, restaurants and pubs even closer. Fremantle centre is a 20 min walk or 5 min drive. Basic breakfast is supplied .The bathroom is compact with shower, heated towel rail & hairdryer.The studio has reverse cycle AC, internet, smart TV with Netflix. It is separate from the house and your privacy is ensured as a 1.8m fence divides the two. There is your own sitting area in front of the studio with BBQ.
