Base Camp 49

Base Camp 49 is a purpose built micro resort of four two-bedroom nightly rental homes, sleeping up to 6 guests each. Located on the ski trails in the heart of Mazama and the bank of the Methow River. All cabins enjoy covered patios, propane fire pits, and stunning views. Each casita is tastefully furnished with modern décor making the perfect place to relax and build memories. The individual units are named after the nearby mountains: Goat Peak, Sandy Butte, Flagg Mountain and Lucky Jim Bluff.

Lost River Tiny House

The Tiny House may be tiny, but she be fierce! It is packed full, inside and out, with all the things you need for a lovely unplugged stay in the North Cascades. Wake up to birds singing, take your coffee outside on the large wraparound deck and breathe in the fresh mountain air. After a day exploring, come back to enjoy a drink and some sort of treat you may have picked up from the Mazama Store. Please be aware that there is no WiFi! And you may not have cell coverage. Did we mention no WiFi?

A gorgeous riverside private cabin in the Cascade Mountains right on the Skykomish River. Amazing views of Mt. Sven's North Cascades Basecamp

Larch are turning and there's a dusting of snow on the North Cascades. Our cabin offers a blend of rustic charm and luxury. With a chef’s kitchen and sleeping loft, experience the perfect fusion of wilderness and refinement at Sven’s Basecamp. Find a retreat into comfort & natural beauty. Fall is great to hike Patterson Mountain, wander valley trails, or enjoying baked goods at the Mazama Store and gathering at the Pub. Sven’s is one of a kind. Cross-country skiing is just around the corner.

Private Modern Treehouse on Highland Farm

Designed as a nod to my heritage, Skoghus ('forest house' in Norwegian) was crafted for relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. The treehouse sits in the centre of a Scottish Highland cattle farm, with pasture and forest in all directions. From the yard, you'll be able to observe and engage with the farm's cattle when they come by. Inside, you can disconnect and unwind, with luxury amenities. The dwelling is completely unique and provides a very special feeling while living in the trees.

North Cascades Hideaway

Relaxing getaway just off the North Cascades highway and close to outdoor adventure. Fenced backyard with fire pit, front and back decks. Dogs welcome! Cedars Nest

This cozy riverfront tiny cottage in Index is nestled in the evergreens and overlooks an amazing view of the Skykomish River. The cabin is a mixture of rustic and refined and will be enjoyed by those who want the experience of being in nature while keeping some of the comforts of home. The cabin has full wifi. There is no TV at the cabin but all your streaming options are available via your devices. There is hot running water in the cabin with an RV style toilet and shower.

Camp Howard

Camp Howard, built in 2018, was designed to blend modern luxury into the expansive nature of Nason Ridge. The home sits 2000 feet above sea level, perched on top of 5 acres of ponderosa forest in the foothills of Cashmere mountain. The rarities of the Pacific Northwest are a short drive away: Alpine skiing 25 minutes to the west at Stevens Pass, Bavarian treats 20 minutes south in Leavenworth, and recreation at Lake Wenatchee just moments north.
