Amazing hosts! Andres and Emily are extremely responsive and give great instructions. Kitchen was well equipped for our breakfast on the patio desires.

We had such a relaxing weekend getaway here! The beach access was so convenient and we really enjoyed how quiet the area was (the complex and the beach). My girlfriend is a germaphobe and was really impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. We will be back!🙂

Shelby and Donna are great hosts. They both went above and beyond and we are so thankful for all of their help to make our vacation happen!

We were very impressed with the condo! Clean and updated! Beach was steps away! We really liked decor and homey feel of everything! Felt more like walking into your home than anything! Highly recommend! Lauren is extremely fast to respond and always had the best and most helpful answers! Do not hesitate! You must go!!!!

We loved our stay at Michael’s home! The house is exactly as described, nicely appointed, and very clean. We appreciated the welcome snacks and nice touches such as makeup wipes and qtips in the bathroom. Michael is very responsive and helpful when we had questions. We will definitely stay again when we return to the area.

The unit was nice,everything needed was provided. We did notice something that needs addressing.When the switch for the ventilation in the first bathroom was turned on,the overhead light in the master bath switched off. Also,the outlet on the wall by the counter between the bedrooms,isn’t tight.When you plug anything into it,it’s very loose.I’m saying this,because it could become a safety hazard. Otherwise,we enjoyed our stay,and Brittany took great care of us.

A hidden gem! Very comfortable couch and bed, well equipped kitchenette, and perfect location! Earl was a very responsive host, we are definitely going to keep this place in our favorites list for future trips to the OBX!

Teresa was a great host! She was kind and thoughtful, even made us muffins to welcome us. She was attentive and always available if we needed something. She even went out of her way to recommend exclusive adventures during our stay. I will definitely book with her again!

the house , the deck and the beach were great. There were also plenty of beach toys and chairs which we had asked about. Kitchen was a nice size and well equipped. Weather worked out also. A small thing, compared to other beach rental experiences , the house lacked sufficient consumables (paper towels, coffee filters, soap, etc.) which would have been better if communicated beforehand so we could have picked up missing items before arrival.

Michelle’s home is pristinely clean and beautiful! The layout is perfect for a group. The elevator was so helpful for my ADA needs, as well as in general for our groceries and luggage. Between the two decks and fenced backyard, there are multiple outdoor ocean side options for relaxing, meals, or games. Our group also really enjoyed the kayak. Michelle is a great communicator and so hospitable. Highly recommend, and we look forward to a future stay.

Nothing beats waking up and immediately being able to see the Atlantic Ocean, great location! The kitchen has been recently redone, which was nice and spacious. The back balcony was half roofed so it was a nice place to sit away from the sun to take in the view. It was peaceful and quiet, everyone around us was respectful of everyone else’s surroundings. It was a blessing being able to take our dog with us on this trip. She felt comfortable in the house and fell in love with the beach!

Our stay at the Beach House at Topsail was nothing short of wonderful! The location is unbeatable—just a quick and easy walk to the beach, which made our daily seaside adventures incredibly convenient. The house itself exudes a rustic charm that perfectly complements the coastal vibe of the area. We felt right at home the moment we stepped inside. The instructions provided were clear and straightforward, making our arrival and stay seamless. Minnie, our host, was fantastic—she was attentive and ensured that everything was in place for our comfort. We thoroughly enjoyed the cozy and inviting space, and we're already looking forward to our next visit!

It was so nice to be able to relax at Sarah's beautiful home. It was very clean, comfortable beds, well appointed kitchen. It is right across the street from a beach access walkway. The front covered porch is very nice, with comfortable chairs and rockers. Wished we could have stayed longer. It was perfect place for our family gathering. Highly recommended.

My family has been coming to Emerald Isle for 40+ years and this was the first year I rented a place to bring more people. I could not recommend this house enough. It includes modern amenities and finishes that are hard to find in other Emerald Isle rentals. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to host dinner which we did multiple times during the week. The back screened in patio was perfect for card games and hanging out while we waited for some rain to pass. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable and each had its own in suite full bath. Getting to the beach is incredibly simple. For 5 people we loaded up the golf cart with chairs and coolers and took two bikes. 3 minute ride if that. Everything you could need for the beach is included. Finally, Monica and Michael were fantastic hosts and checked in to see if we needed anything. They even offered to reimburse us for tools to adjust one of the bikes. You can tell they love their home and enjoy sharing it. Thanks!

Our stay was great! We received lots of detailed recommendations beforehand and had a very flexible check-in. The recommendations helped us plan out our itinerary.

My mom and I stayed here for a birthday beach getaway weekend. The location was incredible and it was so nice to be able to sit on the back porch and see the ocean. The condo was as-described and was very cozy. Kellie and Russ are great hosts!

This is a great place to stay for a quick vacation. Since it is right on the boardwalk, there is so much to do within walking distance of the condo. The beach views are great as well!!

After arriving in Carolina Beach and my previous rental not looking as described. I had to find a place quick. I booked it and she responded to me right away. She was able to assist us with anything we needed. She reached out several times to be sure that we were satisfied, enjoyed our stay and if we needed anything . The place was beautiful, clean quiet and many places in walking distance. I will definitely book again in the future

Charming bungalow near all the activities . Kid friendly and local bar scene didn’t keep us up at night. Walking distance to several restaurants, ice cream and stores. Michelle’s attention to small details is the best I have experienced in an AirBNB.

We had a great experience, Villa Cipriani was a great spot for families with the restaurant and beach so close by. Great neighborhood and beautiful island!

The host was extremely responsive. Loved the place. Everything in Surf City is super close. Had a great stay. Would rent again!

Ryan was a great host and the location was fantastic. The wraparound deck was amazing especially when we had to come off the beach for naps for our kids, we were still able to relax, while overlooking the beach! This was the perfect distance to be able to walk to everything while also feeling as if you had the peace and quiet. The only thing I would say is the parking is very narrow so if you are renting a car, be mindful of the size of vehicle and be prepared to have a great back-up parker in your group, haha! Very excited to go back and stay next year!!

We needed a quick last minute getaway and this was the perfect spot. Close to the beach and the pier (which was still halfway closed since being damaged by a hurricane). You can still walk down there and grab a drink and relax however. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with and the space was just right for the two of us.
