My family met at FMB for Christmas and stayed at Andy’s house and it was just what we needed! The location is great, quick walk to the beach and restaurants and shops. The area is definitely still a mess from hurricane Ian, but places are starting to reopen and the beach is still lovely and clean. The house had everything we needed to cook meals and lots of stuff to take to the beach!

Wir waren total begeistert. Die Unterkunft war super sauber, es gab so viele Extras wie Liegestühle für den Strand, Pool- und Standhandtücher, einen Sonnenschirm. Das Highlight waren die Kajaks und Sups, mit denen man im angrenzenden Wasser fahren konnte und die amerikanische Couch mit Liegefunktion. Die Klimaanlage konnte man in den einzelnen Räumen zu machen, das fanden wir auch super. Die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder

The house was very clean and had everything needed. quiet neighborhood and close to stores.

Place was perfect for our family. They had everything you could want! Beds were comfortable. Quick boat ride to open water and the lift was a great bonus! We did put black trash bags over the windows to try and get the kids to sleep in at least until 7 since it was so bright. Maybe something to add to the suitcase! Bring your own shampoo and conditioner. They do have some, just small a amount. We will definitely be back!

We loved the house and area, about 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again. The house is HUGE! Plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs, and cooler were put to good use every day! Screened in back porch with table was nice for dinners. This has nothing to do with the house or host, just a heads up for others staying in this area - traffic gets very congested in the mornings and mid afternoons so allow extra time when traveling to and from the island.

Majority of my days are spent floating around the pool. The pool and pool area all right 10+. Great location house was very clean. House was very responsive to any and all questions. We’ll definitely book again.

Sean was very responsive with the few small things we needed. Place was clean, beds were comfortable and the space was great. Definitely more secluded and had to drive a bit further to things, but that was all worth it to be in a quiet area. Would definitely stay here again!

Our house had some issues and we needed to find a place for a week. Sea star stepped up and helped us out. The house is amazing. It had everything one would need to live very comfortable. We loved the pool and the beautifully appointed furnishings. When you need a getaway. This is the place to book.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and had an amazing experience! The place was exactly what we were looking for—clean, cozy, and beautifully set up. Everything was just perfect, and we felt so comfortable and welcomed. It made our special trip even more memorable. Highly recommend!

The house was fabulous and better than the photos! We had family staying at the Hyatt Regency and this was the perfect location to meet up and be close. As a family, (ages 13-47) we spent the entire day at the house and everyone agreed, it was better than the Hyatt resort! There is a Publix grocery store and several many restaurants within an 8 minute drive. Also, I swoon for the hammock between two Pine trees. If we are lucky, we will come back for another stay!

It felt like home! Beds were so comfortable! Pool was nice! Neighborhood was nice! It was close and convenient to everything.

Krystal a une très jolie offre de maison de location, en entrant dans cette maison la hauteur de plafond est spectaculaire. Nous avons tout apprécié et nous garderons cette maison dans nos favoris c’est certain.

Our stay was fabulous! The house was just perfect for our multigenerational family stay. We all really enjoyed the pool and the outdoor space was set up well for everyone to enjoy. There were also 2 burrowing owls with a nest in the yard and we enjoyed watching them from afar.

We enjoyed our time at the house. Truly enjoyed the pool and outdoor furniture. Watch TV outdoors and listened to my Spotify through the speakers. we stayed about 6 weeks and did not want to go home to Michigan weather. Our dogs loved it there, I covered the furniture with our blankets and they were living their best life. Thank you Kelly!

My family stayed here over Christmas and we highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. It has a beautiful pool and is in a great and safe area close to great food, gas, shopping, groceries and anything you need. The house itself was clean, cozy, well stocked and has a beautiful heated pool. The arcade games kept the kids busy as well! Would definitely stay here again!

Nous avions décidé de nous reposer 4 nuits avant de repartir en France, après un Road trip de 3 semaines Quelle bonheur de trouver une maison impeccable, charmante, facile à vivre pour nos deux couples. Nous avons adoré nous baigner après nos journées bien remplies , piscine très bien entretenue, et jacuzzi aussi. Même les produits pour la douche sont de qualité Le « must » a été la présence d’un couple de chouettes qui habitent là ! Nous recommandons cette maison avec enthousiasme ! Merci beaucoup

great place for our family Xmas vacation. rented a boat and had it at our dock. tons of restaurants close to the house. peaceful neighborhood.

Leslie is 100% a super host! She’s very knowledgeable of things to do in the areas around her! We had a beautiful home and a great 50th Birthday for me!

We loved our stay in Cape Coral cottage. The location could not be beat. Close to Cape Coral Parkway and 47th Terrace, the heart of the downtown scene. Tons of restaurants, shops, and bars. Just about everywhere we went was dog friendly on their patios. Angel, our host, was very responsive, never intrusive. She is an excellent host.

Extremely flexible, great host! We would stay here everytime near Ft Myers! Bed is a little firmer than I am use to but definitely sleep able. Has all you need even a little stove and fridge which came in handy having a keto diet on the road. Its close to the fishing areas within an hour to several beaches. You will not be sorry you stayed here so much better than a crampy hotel room.

Great location close to both beaches; sunrise and sunset. Screened in porch although during mid March didn’t need to worry about bugs. Golf cart worked great, large washer and dryer, nice size kitchen, large dining table, and fully stocked w/spices and cooking supplies, also had a small dog and large dog raised feeder, the RO water dispenser was super nice to use and not have to rely on so many wasteful disposable water bottles! The weather was so nice our last couple days we were able to open windows and get a nice cross breeze. Raj and Jacki were super helpful and responsive when we had a small issue with the DW but had a maintenance guy on it same day, that speaks volumes compared to a family we spoke with on the ferry who had an unresponsive management company run home who didn’t get this level of service. Will be back again for sure!
