Family Fun - Entire Upstairs

We are back! We've been off the list 9 months taking care of elderly parents. We are teachers/coaches working toward retirement. The space is 2000 sf - great for large or multiple families. Great room with 65" television, ping pong, and foosball. Family games located in bedroom closet. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and laundry room all separate from host. Kitchenette Refrigerator, microwave, cooktop, sink, air fryer, coffee station, toaster. Aiken is a cute little community with lots to do.

* Pets welcome, Max 2. Yard is NOT currently fenced unfortunately because of hurricane damage. WiFi work great. Adorable white brick bungalow has 3 bedrooms, two full baths and two living areas. It is newly remodeled, beautifully decorated and professionally cleaned for you. Located in popular Montclair neighborhood, 4 miles from the medical district and downtown, 2 miles to the Augusta National and 12 miles from Fort. It's central location is perfect for work or play. South Side Villa with Southern Charm

My place is close to restaurants, shopping, movie theaters and parks. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the kitchen, the coziness. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Great place to stay when in Aiken or Augusta, GA for local events such as sports tournaments, Master's Golf Tournament, Aiken Triple Crown in March, or on business at SRS. Providing you a clean, comfortable, enjoyable space is our goal (TVs in every bedroom, fireplace, etc.) Enjoy the convenient location in a serene neighborhood just minutes from popular destinations. From Bruce’s Field (1.4 mi) and Highfields (2.5 mi) to polo fields and golf clubs (1-2.5 mi), and Downtown (2.5 mi). Also close to Kroger grocery, Starbucks, restaurants and trails. And we're dog friendly!

The farmhouse cottage

Welcome to this peaceful, centrally-located private apartment, just minutes from Aiken Airport and I-20 highway. A few things to note: We kindly ask that you park only in the driveway spot in front of the door. No pets are allowed, as our dog doesn’t get along with other animals. Our kids play outside during the day, so it might be lively, but evenings are calm and serene. We’re looking forward to hosting you and hope you’ll feel right at home!
