Charming mid-century house located just minutes from the Seattle Airport and fifteen minutes by car to the city center. Perfect for travelers who want to be near the airport, but close to the city. Enjoy the hustle of the city by day and then retreat to the quiet of a comfortable house perfectly suitable for 6 guests. Enjoy three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, dining room and deck area. For your security, there is a doorbell camera outside the front door facing the street and driveway.

Private beach cabin, Vashon Island

Some say the cabin has a nautical feel with galley kitchen, wood paneling and brass light fixtures. In the bathroom, copper pipes become towel racks. Outside there are deck chairs and more by the water along with a meditation maze made from beach stones. The lighthouse is a short beach walk away. The reading and writing room, across the path, is a refuge for solitary study or work. Enjoy the water, marine life and birds here where each season brings new joy and sometimes, excitement.

New Walkway! Beautiful One bedroom apartment nestled on the left side of our home with it’s own entrance and private side yard. Less than 1 mile to the beach, 5 minutes to the airport and 15 minutes to downtown Seattle. Enjoy your private unit in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The unit has everything you need in the kitchen to eat in during your stay. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a 55" smart tv. The bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed and another 49" smart tv.

Olalla Bay Getaway is at the waters edge, just 45 minutes from Seattle via ferry or 10 minutes to Gig Harbor. The ever-changing views of the occasional seals, otters, porpoises, and eagles. The sound of waves and birds makes the perfect soundtrack for your getaway. Enjoy relaxing on a sun filled deck or check out the porch swing-perfect for a good book, glass of wine or a nap after your days adventure. This jewel of an island is located a quick 20 minute ferry boat ride from Seattle but is a paradise getaway from the bustle of life. The house, comfortable but elegant, has a truly breathtaking panoramic view of the Puget Sound and a private deck where you can sit back and watch the sun rise or set. Please Note: Because of Covid-19, we stipulate one day between the departure of a guest and the arrival of the next guest to allow our housecleaner adequate time to safely clean the house.

KVI Beach Bungalow

Our bungalow is located in the Chautauqua beach community. It is the perfect location to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter. While it is not a waterfront property, the beach, known as KVI beach, is a stone's throw away. Central to the interior of the open beamed bungalow is a stone faced Envirotech masonry fireplace. Surrounding the masonry are the living room, office, dining area, kitchen and bedroom. Appliances are Fischer Paykel--propane cooktop & electric oven.

Trails through the forest for hiking. Mountain bike trails at Dockton Pk..Your pet is welcome, leashed, with an additional pet fee.

* The cabin is close to the park, hiking trails, boat launch boat and bike rentals. You’ll love my place because of the views, being right on the private beach and the quiet peninsula.
