Includes parking for 2 cars as well as over 60' of moorage for 2 boats. The home has a great view of the lift bridge and your own private beach in the backyard. Large indoor and outdoor entertaining areas, 3 baths, 2 kitchens.

Our spacious 1910’s cottage was originally a 2 dwelling home; That means 2 full kitchens, lots of bathrooms, numerous places to hang out and get cozy. Large sunroom with plenty of seating and places to eat. Side and front porch sitting plus a great fire pit with lots of wood to keep the s’mores rolling. Our cottage is a 2 minute walk to Normandale’s beach (a hidden gem). 2 Kayaks + 1 kid kayak available for our guests to use .

Only 30 mins from Tillsonburg, Simcoe or Woodstock. Our private one bedroom farm house style suite has an amazing 300 ft wide pond view. Enjoy using a kayak or row boat to fish in the pond. This cottage is the main unit in the house. There are 3 other units that is rented out permanently. We are family oriented. Noise level enforced. Backs onto Lake Erie with its own beach and a seawall at the end of the beach to prevent erosion. This unit shares the beach with the other 3 units but has its own deck and fire pit. Main public beach is a 3 min drive and 20min walk
