African Violet is 10 minutes drive to beaches of your choice, and close to Boulder's penguins, Cape Point, Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, wine routes, shops, banks, top restaurants, quaint working-harbours etc There is a private entrance to this apartment. The setting is really special, as the view over the infinity pool, of the ocean is framed by greenery. There is indoor/outdoor living for summer and a fire-place for the chill of winter nights. Off street parking is provided We are here is assist with any queries, plans for the day, restaurant reservations etc. The home is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to beaches, Boulder's penguins, Cape Point, Table Mountain, V&A Waterfront, shopping, wine routes, award-winning restaurants, and quaint harbours. Most guests hire a car - but recently more and more are using Uber taxi We are registered with the local paramedics organization who can assist swiftly in any medical emergency.

Please note that our neighbours are currently building so there may be noise disturbance. Price has been adjusted accordingly! Completely separate, private suite with ample parking on a 5-acre smallholding in Noordhoek. Original wood flooring, queen XL bed with Egyptian-cotton bedlinen, smart TV, fridge, microwave, gas cooker and automatic coffee machine, desk and wifi plus a private, sunny courtyard with firepit. Experience one of the most pristine stretches of the south peninsula coastline from our laidback house.     The upstairs offers spectacular ocean views with a big open plan bathroom. Downstairs is the perfect setting for dinners around the dining table leading onto the open plan kitchen. Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

Beachscape Waves, Views & Wi-Fi -Nordhoek's best!

Our quaint soulful rustic cottage is probably pretty much as close to Noordhoek beach as it gets. Check the waves from any room and wake up to the sounds of nature. The cabin is completely private and surrounded by nature but not isolated. (There is another house 50 m away) Parking and Wifi is provided and a shared pool is in the garden behind the house.
