Peaceful studio near the city center

Cozy studio near the city center. 700 m from the railwaystation. Neighbourhood is peaceful and yet it's only few minutes walk from the city center. Bus 13 from railwaystation, buss-stop 150 m from the apartment. Great promenade by the lake - goes by the amusement park. A shop (380 m) and a musicbar are nearby. Free sauna is available in the condominium. Netflix. Free parking is available 2-4 hours during the week. On weekends it is free. Possibility to hire a car place in the yard. Cash pay.

Quiet and nice, pleasant high view. Near TAMK university and tram. PLEASE NOTE: bookings are taken only if you introduce well who you are, your group and your trip. Praise from guests: 1-Excellent location! 2-Excellent traffic, tram stop right nearby. It is a really short walk to the hustle and bustle of the city center. 3-It is still a quiet neighborhood and nice views from the balcony. Alunperin Viinikan ruoka- ja sekatavarakauppana palvelleessa talossa asuu nykyään mukava naapurusto kuudessa kompaktin kokoisessa kodissa. Olohuoneena, työtilana ja naapureidenkin vierashuoneena toimiva ullakkohuoneistomme sopii erityisesti vanhojen talojen tunnelmasta pitäville.

Kauniilla ja viihtyisällä huoneistolla on huikea sijainti Hämeenpuistossa Työväenteatteria vastapäätä. Vain kiven heiton päässä Laukontorita ja keskustasta. Asunto on raikkaasti pintaremontoitu ja 6. kerroksesta on vehreä näkymä Hämeenpuistoon. Suljettuina ikkunat pitävät hyvin kadun äänet loitolla. Talossa pieni hissi. Asunnossa on moottoroitu parisänky ja vuodesohva (n.120cm), iso televisio, netti, pimennysverhot, tuuletin sekä viilennyslaite. Valoisa hyvin varusteltu keittiö.
