5th floor penthouse apartment, located right at the city center 100 m from the lighthouse, having great view at it from its spacious corner balcony. It provides a bedroom with a qeensize double bed, a living room with 2 sofas wich can convert up to 3 regular beds, if necessary. The kitchen is full equipped with all the modern electric divices . It also provides a wifi internet conection at 200mbps and a 4k smart tv. All the rooms have their own aircondition.

Villa Stesi is loceted in Dikella, 18km away from Alexandroupolis. The house is built in 2019 and is 2 minutes walk by the sea on foot (80m) . In Mesimvria beach (2 minutes away) a visitor can find the best beach-bars of the whole area. Moreover we create a perfect place for relaxing, in an amazing garden, suitable for families, companies and children. In the garden, visitors can use 2 bicycles in order to move around.
