The Lake House

Explore your very own 48 acres with 3+ km of maintained trails & natural waterfront. This is the ultimate private nature retreat. With 2,800 ft of waterfront on a small, quiet lake it's highly likely you'll see the resident loons, beavers, moose, & highly unlikely you'll see anyone else. Fish the lake, take the canoe for a paddle, or just enjoy coffee by the fire & watch the train come across the lake. This is our special get-away we call "The Lake House" & we're excited to share it with you!

Enjoy a quite stay on a wooded lot in the heart of cottage country! The cabins are conveniently located within walking distance to the lovely town of Dorset, Kawagama Lake and Lake of Bays. The scenic lookout tower, hiking, snowmobiling and ATV trails are all at our doorstep. In town you can find restaurants on the water, Robinson's General Store, a bakery and an LCBO. Come swim in the pristine waters, fawn over the fall colours or go for a rip on your snowmobile. It's all here to explore!

This picturesque cottage sits right on Lake Nippising. Wake up early to watch the sunrise over beautiful Callander Bay. Located at the end of a private driveway, the cottage features an open concept kitchen, living and dining area, as well as 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The large windows overlooking the lake provide a scenic view as well as natural light throughout the day. Blue Willow Cottage is on a 14-acre property called Warbler's Roost, situated on Deer Lake, 20 min west of South River, north of Huntsville. It is 40 minutes west of Algonquin Park’s access point 1 (water access only) and near many trails. The cottage includes 3 bedrooms, a 4-piece bathroom, and large open concept kitchen/dining/living room - max 6 people allowed including children. There are two docks at our waterfront, a 4-minute walk from the cottage, kayaks & canoes. A BBQ is included.

Lakeview Cottage on Peninsula Lake

Lakeview Cottage on Peninsula Lake Located in Muskoka on beautiful Peninsula Lake with 200 feet of waterfront, this cottage has an amazing western view to watch evening sunsets. There is a sand beach with a gradual walk-in to swim and a dock. For the adventuresome there is a canoe, peddleboat and two kayaks. Also there is a fire pit, shuffleboard court and horseshoe pit. The cottage is close to Huntsville, Arrowhead and Algonquin Parks. No pets please...no exceptions.
