Loft in between Brussels and Ghent

On the ground floor you enter the house and you immediately take the stairs to the first floor.There is the bedroom,bathroom and toilet.Then you go upstairs through the fixed attic stairs and you enter the loft.You can stay in this cozy space.You have the seating area,dining table and kitchen area.The door of the large round window brings you to the terrace. You have to climb two stairs to get to the loft.The 2nd bed is in the sittingarea. A little dangerous for children,so only babies allowed.

Notre ancienne exploitation agricole, reconvertie en maison de charme entourée d’un grand jardin à l’anglaise comprenant un étang, est située à côté d’un joli ruisseau jouxtant des prairies où paissent chevaux et vaches, à quelques encablures du bourg. Notre propriété plaît autant aux voyageurs désireux de découvrir la région qu’aux femmes et hommes d’affaires qui y trouvent quiétude et sérénité. Biévène ( Bever) est située non loin des villes plaisantes d’Enghien, de Lessines et de Grammont.

De privé suite van 55m² op het gelijkvloers en het aanpalende privé terras van 40m² worden ter beschikking gesteld voor een kort verblijf tot 2 personen. We heten je graag welkom in ons volledig nieuw ingericht vakantiehuisje. Onze rijwoning heeft een goed uitgeruste keuken en een knusse living met o.a. een oled-tv. Op de gelijkvloers vind je ook de moderne badkamer met regendouche. Er is een terras en tuin met een fraai uitzicht. De slaapkamer heeft twee comfortabele boxsprings. Je beschikt over een privé-parking en wifi. Je kan er heerlijk relaxen in een verrassend rustige omgeving, omringd door velden van het pittoreske Pajottenland.

À Chardonnerets, Rez de jardin de haut standing dans un écrin boisé , vous logerez au rez-de-chaussée d’une villa indépendante ( l’étage est occupé par une autre personne ) dans un cadre bucolique en pleine nature. Vous serez réveillés par le chant des oiseaux et profiterez d’un séjour en pleine sérénité, dans un lieu où règne calme et merveilles de la nature. Situé à 20 minutes de Pairi Daiza , 10 minutes de l'autoroute et environ 30 minutes de Bruxelles et Waterloo .

Ce chaleureux studio se trouve à proximité de la Basilique de Koekelberg et de plusieurs commerces (boulangeries, pharmacies, supermarchés, etc.). L’appartement est situé au 1er étage d'un petit immeuble sans ascenseur. Le centre ville est facilement accessible depuis l'appartement (15 minutes en transports et 10 minutes en voiture). Les transports en communs sont proches de l'appartement et il est également facile de stationner son véhicule dans le quartier.
