Great place and great host. My parents and their friends enjoyed the apartment and the location a lot. Highly recommend for those who visit Ninh Thuan and want to have a taste of local life of a small city in Vietnam.

The accommodation fully corresponded to the description and reviews about it. We had everything we needed. I liked the coffee that can be ordered from 7 to 16:30 right in front of the exit from the house. At the end of December, not so many restaurants and cafes were open, rent a bike. The owner helps with all questions

The Yellow House

5 minutes walking distance to a kids friendly white sand beach. Our house is across the street from a large buddhist temple with huge garden and greens. Our friendly next door neighbor will help you with basic necessities to make your stay comfortable. There is a local morning market within walking distance that provides fresh fruits vegetables, and meat/fish, plus delicious pre-cooked Vietnamese dishes. The house is away from busy traffic roads, offering a peaceful nest for your family.

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé ! Vinh est très sympathique. L’appartement correspond bien aux photos ! La réactivité de Vinh est très appréciable pour tout ce que nous lui avons demandé il a été réactif immédiatement ! La seule chose à améliorer c’est peut-être que la cuisine soit un peu plus équipée (1 micro-ondes par exemple) sinon sur le reste rien à redire ! Ha ! Oui j’oubliais le lave-linge payant c’est moyen ça !!! Surtout que ce n’est pas marqué dans l’annonce.

The place is fantastic—clean rooms, a comfortable bed, and excellent price-to-quality value. On top of that, you get your very own "Vietnamese helper," the homestay owner, Mai. She takes care of everything, from recommending restaurants and arranging scooters to organizing transportation for your next trip. She’s such a lovely and caring person. I will truly miss this place and Mai's warmth. I wholeheartedly recommend this homestay to anyone, especially kite surfers—it’s perfect for you! Thank you, Mai, for a wonderful stay and the pleasure of meeting you.
