Serene Lakeside Retreat

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers our coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Treehouse in the pines

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a 10-foot accordion door that opens completely to the deck outside with a hot tub waiting for you. Please note: While it is private, the treehouse is on a property with two other occupied structures.

Greenbluff Greenhouse Glamp Dome

Enjoy a stay in the 16ft dome with exquisite views of Mt. Spokane and coveted Green Bluff scenery. Superb sunrise/sunset observing. Accommodations include a comfy king bed, wifi, bedding, outdoor shower, porta-potty, hand wash station, coffee and hot tea station, solar powered battery pack for charging devices, games, yoga mat, etc. Partake of all the local farms, wineries, breweries, and farm activities around you! Close to all local wedding venues. Sorry no pets or children under 12.

Come enjoy a stay in this newly renovated private suite on our 20 acre farm. Private setting just minutes to town! The owners enjoy hosting weddings at their property in the summer months and want to extend their love for hosting year round by offering this 1 bedroom apartment to guests in their off season. Just three minutes to amenities, restaurants, Hwy 395 and only 30 minutes to 49 Degrees ski resort! Smell the fresh air and feel the solitude today, tomorrow and for Evermore!

Mermaid Ranch sits on 23 gorgeous acres of forested country land overlooking Long Lake and the Spokane river. Mermaid Ranch guests can enjoy our in-ground unheated private pool and Hot tub (Seasonally Opened May - Mid October dependent on weather) and sweeping river view. Our log cabin style home is 20 minutes from Spokane International airport and downtown Spokane.

Just 20 minutes from downtown, our sunny daylight basement has been remodeled for you! Enter through your own door with a key-pad lock. A hot tub and gazebo are right outside the door: patio furniture, a gas fire pit, and a BBQ grill ready to be enjoyed. The interior space is bright and sparkling clean! The kitchen opens into the family room with a smart TV. Just around the corner are two bedrooms and a newly remodeled bathroom. Ask us about renting our E bikes!
