A bottle of wine, Liquor land. Both open 8am till 9pm weekdays. Fern coffee lounge for a coffee or maybe breakfast or lunch open from 6am till 2pm . Beach 5 minutes in a car. The house . Ocean Farm house tucked away behind Lancelin in Nilgen, peace and quite is the name of this game. Away from the city with views of the famous Lancelin sand dunes and the Indian Ocean you can lay in the sun or snuggle up alongside the fire in winter. This is the bush by the ocean, this is not the Hilton. Enjoy the quite and the advantage of having Lancelin town only 10min away, enjoy your time away from the city of Perth only 1.5 hours away.

Kitchen, bathroom and balcony. 3 minutes walk to Clarkson Station and on bus route to Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, close to Mindarie beaches and Sunset coast. 10 minutes from Joondalup Lakeside and Joondalup Golf. 15 minutes from Yanchep National Park. You’ll love my place because it is convenient, very central. Good local restaurants a few minutes away, Chinese, Indian, etc.
