Welcome to our peaceful escape location. Just 60 minutes from Wellington, your private suite overlooks Lake Wairarapa and is surrounded by farmland, bush and lake views and includes your own private spa and gardens - a perfect place to escape, gaze at the night sky, and relax. Single nights available Sunday-Thursday, no cleaning fees, a light breakfast is included, and a kitchenette and covered BBQ are available. Beachside B & B

The guest suite occupies the downstairs portion of our house. It is self contained with a private entrance from a deck leading to the garden. It has a large master bedroom, a lounge with kitchenette & separate bathroom. The bathroom is bright, light & has modern fittings with shower, WC & vanity. The lounge includes a sofa bed, window seat, dining area & kitchenette, with facilities to self cater if required. There is a garden gate which gives access to the nature reserve, river and beach.

Te One is a classic 1970's bach with open plan kitchen & living area, stunning deck, vintage furniture and contemporary art. Only 250 meters to cafes, deli, and an excellent pub/restaurant. Train station another 50 meters. Enjoy swimming, beach walks, hiking, mountain biking (our 2 normally available) or just relax on the deck. Unlimited high speed WiFi. Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located place. Attached to my garage, this studio offers quality furnishings and facilities. Short stroll to train station and coastlands shopping mall. Paraparaumu Beach is just an 8 minute drive. Two family dogs on the property but kept away from studio area. Please note railwayline backs on to property. The studio has a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, air fryer and fridge freezer. Continental breakfast is provided.

The Beach Pod + Luxury Outdoor Stone Bath

Welcome to The Beach Pod - your own 'tiny house' studio in the corner of our back garden. Outside is a large luxury stone bath in a quiet private garden setting, and there are two areas with a table and chairs to enjoy the morning and afternoon sun. We have a two night minimum stay. We also offer a guaranteed late checkout of 12pm (midday) on the day you leave.... so you can sleep-in and relax.... there is no rush :-)

Enjoy the private beach access through the dunes or relax in the spa under the stars. There is a hot outdoor shower to wash off the sand and saltwater after a dip in the ocean. Amazing location tucked away off the street , but just a few minutes drive to the popular restaurants and cafes of Paraparaumu Beach , and just up the road from the Waikanae Estuary Scenic Reserve.
