Nicosia house with a character!

Ideal para gente que quieren pasar unos dias o incluso una temporada en Nicosia y trabajar desde aquí. Hay zonas de trabajo y esta en frente de la libreria municipal de Strovolos que también tiene zonas de trabajos bonitas. Ideal para familias con niños, tenemos piscina que esta protegida con vallas. Tenemos jardin con jugeutes y parquecito para los niños y cunas para bebes. Esta cerca de la entrada del parque Gramiko, ideal para paseos. Parking disponible gratuito enfrente en Cafe Nero.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. We are offering an entire, clean and newly decorated cozy flat with a free parking area. This flat is located in center Nicosia. 3 min walking to supermarket. 5 minutes driving from Elite hospital and 7 minutes away from Miracle hospital. And 10-15 min walking distance to the shopping streets of Nicosia. The public transportation is 5 min away and it takes you to old city, kyrenia and famagusta. It is a very safe, nice and calm neighborhood.
