Completely remodeled, fully equipped kitchen, wifi, tv, AC in all bedrooms, covered patio,bbq, off street parking in 60 ft. driveway for boats. Located near 3rd st. and 5th st. boat ramps, walk to restaurants, bakery, ice cream parlour, antique stores, shops, museum, park and playground. Includes 2 single person kayaks and 2 bicycles! Beautiful lakefront home with all the amenities for a great multi-family vacation. 5 BR, 3.5 bath with great indoor/outdoor living space. Main house: 3BR, 2 Bath. Separate upstairs unit: 2 BR, 1 Bath w/ kitchen. Large space for entertaining with well-stocked indoor and outdoor kitchen. Lounge lakefront by the solar heated pool in the summer or the hot tub in winter and enjoy access to the private swim dock. Just minutes to Lakeport, this is an ideal location for vacation on the water!

Cottage on lakeside property.

This is a cozy guestroom attached to the garage on our stunning half-acre lakefront, tree-studded property. The bedroom (double bed) and bath are quite small (not room for much luggage), but perfect for a few nights stay. We have two chairs and a little table set up right outside, and there are other relaxing spots. Check-in time is normally 3:00, but can be earlier with prior approval. We also rent out our house on occasion. They are 2 separate places non attached.
