Location is one step away from the Baltic sea (10 minutes), surrounded by pine trees. Here is sense of privacy, peace&harmony, the touch of nature is especially noticeable here. On the outskirts of Palanga, in Monciškės (10 min. drive), 7-minute walk away from the beach, a new, cozy, air-conditioned, 2-storey, 3-bedroom house of 86 m² is for rent in a fenced area. The house has a green lawn with a large terrace and a balcony, 3 parking spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, smart TV and 5G-Wifi. It is ideal for those who want to escape from the hustle and bustle. Newly renovated 2 bedroom ground floor bungalow with unfold-able sofa which in total can easily accommodate up to 6 adults. Property has all commodities to offer from WIFI-TV with Go3/Netflix to cutlery, towels, grill, baby cot and fully furnished terrace. Brand new neighbourhood Takas I Jura 2 in Kunigiskes district Palanga. Location is perfect for those looking to relax and to have great time whilst here. 500 metres from the sea, nearby restaurants, shops, beautiful scenery all round.

Newly renovated 1 bedroom apartment just: - 500m from the white sandy beach, - 100m from a seaside park and running/cycling path (5 km long), - 300m from the tennis courts, - 500m from one of the biggest kids' playgrounds in Latvia, - 400m from the bowling centre, where you can have some fun also on rainy days :) Apartment itself is as charming as surroundings, it's original wooden flooring, high ceilings and other carefully chosen details will make you feel like home away from home.

Šī ir īsta miera osta, ik vienam, kurš alkst klusumu un sev vēlamu atpūtu pilsētā starp jūru un ezeru, ko savieno kanāls. Viesus sagaidu un pavadu uz dzīvokli, iepriekš vienojoties par ierašanās laiku. Dzīvoklis atrodas pirmajā stāvā, ar skatu uz dārzu. 2 bedroom Beach Flat

Bicycles available for FREE to our guests 2 bedrooms (large double bed which can be easily split in 2 single beds). Other room equipped with a large and very comfortable triple sofa-bed whic can be made into 3 single beds or double. The beach is 100m from the house. Next to the house there is a cycling and pedestrian route which runs trough all Liepaja trough sand dunes and a seaside park. Close to a shopping center, South Forts and Liepaja "narrow" tram.
