Friendly, kind owners that were always quick to respond and recommended a great place to hire a scooter. Place is great and has a beautiful view of the city. Had no problems with TV, air con or wifi and I stayed there for 3 months.

Victor is awesome. He is probably the perfect kind of host you would want. He is attentive. His instructions came with detailed pictures for entrance and trash. I felt right at home in his Airbnb. Like I was living there my whole life. Spotless and clean. With plenty of plates and utensils to entertain another couple.

The apartment was immaculately clean! Thao was incredibly helpful, she replied instantly and even offered to drop by and bring us some coffee filters when we wondered if they were needed for the coffee machine! We’re three backpackers so the highlight of this place for us was the washing machine and hot room which dried our clothes super fast- washing detergent and fabric conditioner was also provided! Pool was great and security guards smiley and welcoming. Easy to get a grab from to explore other districts. Couldn’t recommend this place enough! Thanks again Thao!

Fairy Tales Fortress with Pool, Gym, Golf, Tennis.

Loved the place. We were a large group of 11 folks and a toddler. The place is far away from the city to feel extremely private, but still close enough that it took 30-45 mins to reach Quan 1 or get any food deliveries. Had a Tennis Court, Karaoke room and what not. The place even had toys for kids

I chose this location due to its price compared to other places in District 1 and I have no regrets. The whole apartment and facilities were of top quality. The location is a little further from district 1 but it’s worth the quiet and peace u get out of it. The customer service from Sua and the team was really good and they kept on checking if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to HCM.

Home rất gọn gàng, sạch sẽ và đầy đủ tiện nghi. Hoàn toàn đúng với mô tả và như trong ảnh. Home rất nhiệt tình giúp đỡ và chăm sóc khách hàng rất tốt. Đặc biệt là an ninh ở đây rất an toàn và mọi thứ rất hiện đại. Nếu có dịp quay trở lại Việt Nam, mình sẽ book lại chỗ này. Highly recommend cho mọi người nhe! ^^

I stayed at LIM Concepts in Saigon, Vietnam, for the last 5 months, and it was wonderful. The studio is clean, cozy, and feels like home. The location is beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood with plenty to do. A highlight is the great restaurant connected to the complex. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. Thank you, LIM Concepts, for an amazing stay!

호스트는 너무나 친절했습니다~ 밤늦은 시간이었는데도 우리 가족을 반갑게 맞이해주었습니다~ 집은 말할 것도 없이 너무나 아늑하고 편안했습니다. 청소해주시는 분 역시 정말 따뜻하고 좋은 분입니다. 마지막 집으로 갈 때 빠진 물건이 있는지 없는지 친절하게 확인해 주었습니다. 너무 감사했어요💕 내년에 또 이 집에 머물고 싶어요~

We had a very last minute book (like 10min before check-in time) and Dzuy was incredibly responsive and helpful with getting everything with the booking all setup and perfect for us. The apartment itself was stunning, even better than the pictures! Everything was very clean and modern. The best part had to be the view… the view had cities, greenery, the river, and mountains in the background. The location of the apartment is in a very quiet area, but there are still many things to do within walking distance! I would 1000% return to this booking in a heartbeat.

Phuong, is an epic host. His warmth, ambience of his home, exquisite places he introduced us to, his extensive knowledge of City, Culture & Cuisine etc, made us feel at home surrounded by good neighbors, yet totally private. #A5-10 @ 113 Nguyen, Nha Be, Quan 7, is one of those rare places of Positive Vibes. In a country as unique & incredible as Vietnam, Land of the Blue Dragon I felt at home. In a city as huge & bustling as Ho Chi Minh, I felt connected to water sky & earth in a real & organic way. In a building as & near other skyscrapers, it felt like a tropical Resort; sounds of happy children, incredible grounds & amenities, variety of nearby international eateries, shops & markets, super-courteous staff of Saigon South-all conducive to making our week long visit seem a luxurious month-long adventure. Phuong has made such an impression on us, I’m ready to book (next home “2026” visit) again. Truly I look forward to anticipation of future stays. Oyuba Seli Angela & Linh
