The Stable Yard, Tranquil stay in beautiful Down

Unique shed conversion with views to the Mourne mountains. A tranquil location situated on our 10 acre equestrian yard but close to Downpatrick and Crossgar with shops, eateries and pubs. A quirky property with two double bedrooms, open plan living/dining with a wood burning stove and fully equipped kitchen. The equine theme is evident in the design. There's a private south facing garden with access to all of our site with panoramic views over Co Down. Off road parking. Horses and dogs welcome.

Stone Wall Cottage

200 year old cottage nestled in a white-washed courtyard, lovingly restored and brought to life. All the modern comforts integrated between stone walls and rustic beams in a beautiful rural setting. Located half a mile from Tollymore Forest and by car we are 5 mins from Mourne Mountains, 5 mins from Newcastle and 5 mins from Castlewellan. The cottage is in the midst of our working horse farm, horses, chickens, dogs and donkeys are all part of the family. Dogs and horses are welcome guests.

The perfect get away for a cosy break, close to the mountains for the adventurous: cosy, relaxing and quiet if you would rather curl up in front of the fire and look at the mountains from the comfort of your sofa. A 5 minute drive will take you to the Silent Valley, the quaint fishing village of Annalong, the bustling town of Kilkeel and many excellent places to dine out. A 15 minute drive to the beautiful seaside town of Newcastle with its many shops, eateries and ice cream shops is a must.

Ideal for local Country walks short drive to the Towpath and Albert Basin Walkway and only 25 minute drive to Slieve Gullion or The Mournes. The Modern interior living space has Wi-Fi, smart TV and comfortably sleeps six. Guests have access to the large garden, own patio area and car parking space. Bright, sunny self contained two bedroomed annex (dog friendly) with outside eating area , on the edge of Newcastle, with panoramic views of the Mourne mountains, five mins drive, (twenty min walk) to town centre, the Slieve Donard hotel, golf course and beach, opposite the Burrendale hotel, five minutes drive to the mountains, forests. Tollymore (Game of Thrones) and Castlewellan.. for walking, cycling and water based activities. Bus links to Belfast (1 hr drive) and Dublin (2 hr drive).

Ardwell Farm, Killinchy. Converted Barn. Sleeps2

Converted stone barn adjacent to farmhouse in lovely countryside close to Strangford Lough, yet only 30 minutes drive from Belfast. Self-catering, open plan accommodation. On the ground floor, a sitting/dining area and kitchen. On the upper floor a sleeping area with double bed , and shower room. There is also a sofa bed on the ground floor. Our 13 acre smallholding is a wildlife friendly oasis and guests are welcome to relax in the large garden or walk around the woodland and meadows.

Unwind in the hot tub soaking in the dramatic view of the Mourne Mountains. Inside, relax in front of a cosy wood burning stove. Lively Newcastle town, with its many shops, cafes, bars and restaurants is less than 5 minutes drive away. Other attractions close by are Murlough Beach, Castlewellan forest Park & many walking, hiking & cycling trails.
