The Barn

The Barn is a charming 2 storey restored stone barn set in 1.5 acres of private garden with mature trees on an elevated site in the foothills of the Mournes. The barn is 4 miles from Dromara, an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and the source of the River Lagan and 4 miles from Ballynahinch. Take time to detach from the world and enjoy a break nestled in a cosy self-catering cottage, perfect for hikers, cyclists, film crew or wedding guests at local venues like Montalto Estate or Larchfield.

Set off a quiet country lane, surrounded by green fields, this lovely and unique cottage is only a short drive from beautiful beaches along the coast, award-wining restaurants in Strangford village and the wonderful NT Castle Ward estate. A 200 year old stone barn restoration, the cottage has tons of character, original features and loads of up-to-date amenities, making it comfortable and cosy all year round. My pet friendly place is 1 km from the historic Georgian village of Moira,(Hillsborough Rd)and 20 minutes drive to Belfast.The 2* barn is a traditional converted stone building with exposed beams and has a very rustic feel.The accommodation is on the second floor and is accessed via granite stone steps.There is 2 bedroom and a fold up bed(sleeps 4 in total).There is a bathroom ,walk in hot press and a large open plan fully equipped kitchen and living room with a 50inch smart t.v. and WiFi.

The Old Barn @ Embrace Holistic Centre

This unique first floor accommodation, built in 1868, still has its original wooden beams and staircase and was converted in 1985 for the current owners. Set in 95 acres of woodland, with short walks for our guests only. The barn sleeps max. 3 people upstairs, and a twin bedroom is available downstairs (at an additional cost), but the downstairs twin bedroom with its en-suite toilet and wash basin is for adults and older children only, as it has a separate entrance.

Refurbished 2 bedroom barn offering comfortable self catering accommodation. There is generous private parking available, a fully contained garden and bbq area. A separate utility/wet room and a locked store for guest use. The barn is furnished to a very high standard and tastefully decorated. Gracey's barn is situated in an excellent location close to the Mourne Mountains and Slieve Gullion, 40 minutes from Belfast and 70 minutes from Dublin City Centre.

The Barn - Hillsborough

A converted barn, a wonderful space for a couple as cosy but also for a family as has a large kitchen. Just outside Hillsborough (2 miles) enjoy the peace of the countryside whilst not being too far from the sights. (Belfast 30 mins, Dublin 1hr 30mins, North Coast, Giants Causeway, 1hr 30mins). Larchfield Estate, wedding venue, 5 minutes drive away. You have complete privacy from us but if you need any advice while here we are just across the yard.

The Barn at Lisnacurran, Hot Tub

Lisnacurran B& is centrally located just a few yards off the main A1 Dual Carriageway, 5-10 mins from Lisburn and 20mins from Belfast. Dromore and Hillsborough are both only 5mins away. Modern facilities throughout including TV's in all rooms, free WIFI access. There is a 6 person Garden Hot Tub for year round use, guests must bring own robe, footwear and additional towel. Also a children’s play area with playhouse, swings, slide, etc for kids

Converted stone barn adjacent to farmhouse in lovely countryside close to Strangford Lough, yet only 30 minutes drive from Belfast. Self-catering, open plan accommodation. On the ground floor, a sitting/dining area and kitchen. On the upper floor a sleeping area with double bed , and shower room. Our 13 acre smallholding is a wildlife friendly oasis and guests are welcome to relax in the large garden or walk around the woodland and meadows.
