This was an awesome place to spend a few days enjoying the Oregon Coast. The condo was nicely furnished, quiet and had everything needed for a beach stay. Though we are older and couldn't do the stairs directly to the beach from the condo, the comfortable ground floor location and close by public beach access, fun shops and yummy eateries made it a great time. We hope to book again in the future. Thanks for allowing us to share your wonderful place!

The huge windows and scenery looking out over the ocean is spectacular. The porch with a camp Fire is a huge bonus.

Beautiful view, spacious upstairs unit. Just 10 minutes to the really cute town of Yachats (check out the Styx, Stones, n' Bones shop if you are into rocks!). Across the street from Bob Creek Park where you can climb onto the rocks to go tidepooling at low tide (wear sturdy shoes that can get wet). Jana was immediately helpful when I messaged her for something in the kitchen. The beds did get warm at night and I couldn't quite figure out how to get the thermostat to cool. But I would absolute stay here again. Note: the hot tub is meant for 2 people at a time.

This place is walking distance to the beach and restaurants that are open late. After a full day walking the beaches and climbing over tide pools, the hot tub is exactly what was needed to refresh your body for the next day. The place is perfect.

Great hosts, very comfortable and lots of accommodations. I highly recommend this place above any others. Location is perfect and the telescope to see the whales is a great perk!

This house is wonderful for families with kids of all ages. The arcade and hot tub were a huge hit with Grandkids! There is an ocean view from the entire middle floor, so peaceful and relaxing. Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. Just a couple of blocks away are 2 small bakeries and several assorted gift shops, easy to walk to from the house. The home was very clean. It also had many games and children’s books available. Coffee was provided, nice to have that. Jessica was responsive and easy to communicate with :)

We had such a beautiful stay. Cozy cottage was perfect in every way. We are foodies and the kitchen is well stocked. Thank you Vince!

Such a great stay... our third time in this lovely spot. This is the first beach house I check for availability when we decide to head to the coast. Aimee is an amazing host... responds quickly, very accommodating, and super cordial. We will be back, again.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place! The location alone was outstanding. The house was so well thought out, it had everything you could have needed or wanted. It was very clean and very cozy! I will definitely be staying here again!

Not enough space to say how perfect this place was! Quiet, peaceful, spacious, clean, loaded with amenities, tastefully decorated, uncluttered, and inviting. The kitchen is well equipped, and the two fireplaces added to the restful ambiance. Just a very short walk to the beach which never had anyone on it!!!. One of the few places on the west coast where you can have a fire on the beach and although not directly next to the surf you can constantly hear it from the house. Having the outdoor gas BBQ is a bonus (although we never used it), and the surround garden is so pretty and peaceful. Ample off street parking for 3 vehicles. There is even an outside spigot to wash off those sandy feet and toys. The house is adjacent to the Oregon Park's "Sitka Sedge", one of the best hiking trails in the area which gives new meaning to the term "enchanted forest". Kayakers will enjoy Whalen Island recreation area just 1 mile from the house; just be sure to check the tide charts! Just perfect!

Beautiful home and perfect set-up with living on all 3 levels. Made everyone feel comfortable with their own private area to relax. We easily walked to the beach with young children everyday. This rental had everything we needed to feel right at home 💕 Thank you Sarah for sharing your home with us!

Great location, easy walk to beach with beach supplies included, several delicious restaurants easily accessible. The inside was very unique, trendy and comfortable. Highly recommend and will be back!

Our family had a lovely stay, we enjoyed the ocean view and the ease of getting onto the beach easily. If you bring your groceries with you, you could park once and walk to everything! Some places have minimal pots/pans/utensils but Leah provided a well stocked kitchen that I appreciated for our cooking needs. We walked everywhere! To the gift shops, restaurants, Blue Pig Bakery (try their cinnamon roll!), and even Coast Park for their playground. We would love to return, thank you!

A great spot in Lincoln City, beautiful views and centrally located.

We really enjoyed this quiet Nye Beach condo. It was clean and well equipped in all areas. Excellent communication with the host and a view that can't be beat. It is just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, coffee shops and other Nye Beach shops. We look forward to coming back.

Beautiful view! Wonderful to be able to walk right down to the beach. Traveling with a toddler, so hugely appreciated the little things like coffee, sand toys, and books. Highly recommend! Would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Newport.

Again, we had a perfect mini-vacay! I love this little-slice-of-heaven condo! We walked everywhere. The food court was great, the weather was typical beach weather...but who cares, we had a blast. The beds are VERY comfortable. The view of the estuary & beach are peaceful. I love the easy beach access, too. Great hosts; they respond quickly and are very accommodating. We will be back soon, that's for sure!

It was a wonderful place to be lazy or go for a walk on the beach. The ocean sound and view is soothing. There is plenty of room to entertain and work. The grounds are well kept. It’s an easy walk to a fantastic breakfast spot Otis.

Great stay and very easy instructions. I was able to check-in early which was a huge help. The place was very clean and comfy, would definitely stay here again.
