Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

Storm Watch lodge

High above Pacific City on historic Hill Street stands Storm Watch Lodge. With a west view of the Pacific Ocean, Pacific City, and Cape Kiwanda. The open concept living/dining/kitchen area is perfect for up to 4 adults. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other a double bed. The living room has a sofa sleeper. The original timbers, natural wood walls and original flooring creates the environment to just breathe. We respect our neighbors and follow the Airbnb no parties policy.

Tranquil ocean sounds! This one-of-a-kind A-frame sits on 8 miles of pristine beach. You can’t beat this oceanfront location! The charming cabin comes with a fully furnished kitchen and ocean view dining. The master bedroom is upstairs over the main room of the A-frame and has an ocean view and half bath. The main floor has a full bath, queen bed and a pull out Comfort Sleeper queen bed plus a cozy pellet stove. Relax on the large enclosed oceanfront deck and enjoy the amazing sunsets!

Rustic: Oceanfront, Private, Close Beach Access

Private, individual, old fashioned cottage, steps away from 8 miles of sandy beach between Waldport and Yachats. Enjoy breathtaking views from the queen bedroom and sundeck, close beach access, and anelectric fireplace. (There is no AC. Rustic gets very cold in the winter. There is electric heating in every room. There are blankets and quilts in the cottage. We also have more blankets if needed. (We don't recommend Rustic if you are bothered by temperature in the warm and cold months.)

Triple H - Hebo Highway Hideaway

Unique and cozy hideaway nestled between Highway 22 and Three Rivers. Fifteen minutes from Pacific City, but the kind of space you rarely want to leave once you settle in. Perfect spot for couples, close friends, families with young kids, or an ideal working space to get away from it all and write that novel, read that novel, or stare out the window and think big thoughts. Includes river access, an outdoor firepit, and a seasonal meadow & swimming hole. Outdoor bathtub coming soon...

The Bear Creek Lodge, Otis, Oregon

The Bear Creek Lodge is a two-story rustic log house with a basement that backs up to National Forest with a good road access. 3 miles from Highway 18 in the Oregon Coastal Range. Our log house is very private and relaxing nestled in the woods. Drift creek falls is nearby to have a nature hike. We enjoy hiking/biking in the forest by day and family dinners/bbq's on the wrap around deck. Take time to relax and get cozy by the fire to top off the day.

This delightful, cozy cabin with HOT TUB is the perfect getaway for 2. With spectacular views of the Big Nestucca River and the top of Haystack Rock, staying here can feel like stepping into a painting. The proximity to the river (with private dock) offers an opportunity to experience the magic of a tidal river that is teeming with life. This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.

You'll love this house for its seclusion, the quiet area and the unobstructed views of the Siletz Bay. You can enjoy lawn games on the large yard, walk straight out to the beach, and water sports while restaurants and shopping lies less than two miles away.
