This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Newly renovated and tastefully decorated, the house has everything you need for a seaside vacation. Located one block from the marina and two blocks from the beach, pier, and playground. 6-minute drive to Ocean City or stay in town and explore! This isn't just a rental, it's our beloved family beach house, and we hope you'll love it too.

The ideal beach retreat where it's just you, the sand, and the sea.
