Come and stay in our new Hampton Style Beach house in Philip Island, Cowes. It has 3 bedrooms which can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, and well-behaved pets are welcome. We have recently installed a new kitchen, new euro laundry, and 2 new bathrooms, and transformed the rear deck into an alfresco/dining for 8. The front veranda includes separate meals and seating areas which are a standout feature of this charming property. The block is fully fenced and includes a double garage/games room.

Holiday home with water views, carport, 1 very large bedroom, 2 average sized bedrooms. Pets allowed, please note that fencing on some boundary's is only 1.2m high. Welcome to Casa McCrae. Central to many treasures. Hot Springs (10 km from home, close to many beaches, vineyards, restaurants,& walks to mention a few things. Perfect for couples & also for those with well-behaved pets. Petbooking is required for all pets. The price is for 1 Queen room, if booking for more guests or u need 2 rooms, just add numbers above 2 , sp for example 3 guests and the 2nd Queen room becomes available @$50 per person per night. So savings as a couple or single guest.

Lovely renovated bungalow with own entrance. Half an hour from Phillip Island, one and a half hours from Wilson’s Promontory, minutes from the surf beaches of Cape Paterson and Inverloch and only 15 minutes walk from Wonthaggi hospital!! Minutes from the hills of South Gippsland. Great central place to explore the beaches and hills of the Bass Coast and South Gippsland. You can walk to view the State Coal Mine - a piece of Victoria’s history. Walking distance to the shopping areas of town!

Best Location for Family & Pets!! 200m to Beach!!

Our home is child and pet friendly, securely fenced and only a very short walking distance, (less than 5 minutes), to the beach, cinema, supermarket, cafes and Rosebud pub. . An additional living area at the back, has a second TV, a couch and bar fridge. The second bedroom is large and the queen bed can be curtained off from the bunks. Wifi, and FREE NETFLIX are available. Spacious shower, separate toilet. Baby high chair and we have a portacot. Air conditioned and with ceiling fans.
