Welcome to our unique acreage retreat outside of Brooks, AB where every element is designed to make your stay in our basement suite extraordinary (we will provide earplugs if the pitter patter of feet bother you). Only 10 minutes from the beach, 40 minutes from dinosaur provincial park, and 3 minutes from downtown, this is the perfect location to use as your home base while you’re in Brooks. The accommodations are hostel-style - there are sometimes other guests staying here simultaneously. More rooms available - let me know if you need to add some! The host has two cats and a dog on the property.

Take a walk around our village and see all it has to offer. We are located off 3rd St. E. at the southeast end of the village. We live in a new build - a bi-level/raised ranch. I have 2 rooms. Each room can be locked for privacy and security. They are located downstairs with a queen bed and a large east facing window. Basement is self-contained with a shared bathroom and kitchenette.

This trendy spot offers lots of charming details. Best Motel in town and on google. Close to the main attraction's in town and right next to the highway 1. Very cozy and quiet place to sleep and perfect for enjoying there treasures of life such as fresh air and the sunrise/sunset views.

Private Lakefront Walkout

Private 1 bedroom, walkout basement. Bathroom, living room with a gas fireplace and a kitchenette with fridge, stove and microwave. Huge basement windows so it’s quite bright. Lake front at Lake Newell Resort so you can enjoy the views!

Kathy & Bob’s Place

A cozy place that includes a serve yourself breakfast..cereal,yogurt! More charming than a hotel without hotel prices 😀 Although we have 2 night minimum and need 24 hours notice always check with us, we will try to accommodate 👍
