Enjoy a luxurious stay at our farmhouse-style cottage conveniently located near many Rexburg amenities (BYU-Idaho, Hospital, Smith Park, LDS Temple, Waterpark). Perfect affordable home base for adventures to Yellowstone, Grand Teton, Jackson, and Targhee. Recently finished with modern touches, the spaces are all on one level and include a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and a spacious back deck. Our amazing on-site property managers live in a separate basement apartment.

Welcome to the Fall River Hideaway! Come enjoy this peaceful cabin right along the Fall River, with world class fishing and incredible views. This charming studio cabin has been completely renovated and is ready for you to enjoy. Up to four people can fit in this space with 1 king bed and two twin beds in the small loft. This cabin sits just off of our home and we are here to help make your stay more enjoyable. No smoking in the cabin or outside. No pets, we do have our own animals on site.

Come join the fun of Teton Valley in this stylish space. Located just off of Ski Hill road, just 11 miles from Grand Targhee Ski Resort, and Jackson Hole WY just over the pass. This is the closest you can get to town but with the feel of country living! Look forward to a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and coffee and chocolate. NOTE: neighboring construction throughout December of 2025-2026. The immediate cabin and yard will not have construction, however, immediate surrounding areas will.

Discover the gorgeous landscape that surrounds this place to stay. We are 1:15 from the West Yellowstone west entrance and Jackson Hole Wyoming. We are also 1:45 minutes from Teton Teton National Park. In the winter you can drive 45 minutes to get to the Grand Targhee Ski resort. The resort has amazing powder to ski on in the winter and incredible scenic hikes to discover in the fall and summer. This tiny house is perfect for 2 people. Brand new 500 square feet of comfy country living.

Also the grocery store is just blocks away & there is a running and bike trail that follows the Snake River. We also have a sandbar to swim in the river with a diving board but No Lifeguard. This is a Wonderful House for a Family visiting The Saint Anthony Sand Dunes; their student at BYUI; Traveling to Yellowstone, or Island Park. It is a Great area to Explore. We are located just 8 miles from Rexburg and a few Miles from the Sand Dunes. You will have a nice view of a farmers field and the Idaho Sunsets. You will be located in a wonderful Country Community. There are neighbors on both sides, but a nice view looking out.

We're 15 min from BYU-Idaho, 1.5 hrs from Yellowstone NP, 1.5 hrs from Jackson and Grand Teton NP, 15 min from sand dunes and about 1 hr from Grand Targhee Ski Resort.
