This great base for business and pleasure trips has quality at every turn, views that can't be beat, & minutes from Seattle, Bellevue, Renton, Redmond, mountains, lakes, and much more. Enjoy the craftsmanship, architectural detail, & luxurious furnishings. .. AirBnB doesn't categorize this "double studio" suite with kitchen/dining between. Two beds convert to 3* * full size Euro-bed & * trundle daybed converts into a king size bed or two twin beds. Craftsman doors separate sleep space Kitchen has induction cook top that heats very rapidly but leaves cook surfaces cool / warm to the touch. And there is a browning microwave which works like a regular microwave and has a traditional oven heating element to brown / bake with.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit... easy I-90 access... 15 minutes to seattle, 10 minutes to bellevue, 15 minutes to Redmond and 25 minutes to the Pass .. situated on 3 acres with creek running thru, can walk out and be at lake in 5 minutes, enjoy a little bit of country close to everything. You'll feel like you're in the country but costco is 2 miles away!! :) Several Free to roam in field and light a fire along the creek... fire pit is availale

Bright with many windows. 15 min from the airport, Downtown Bellevue or Seattle. EZ access to Hwy 405. We are looking for guests who will be considerate and want to relax and enjoy their home away from home. Relax with 3 TV's room. Laundry can be arranged for long stays of 7 days or more. Not recommended for someone with limited mobility.

This magical treehouse was built by Pete Nelson 25 years ago and recently renovated with help from his crew. It sits in living trees on our 5 acre property next to its own little pond and fountain. Welcome to our cozy guesthouse ADU located in the walkout basement of our newly built home. A quiet & safe neighborhood with quick access to highways 405 and 520. You can easily explore nearby Bellevue, Kirkland and the greater Seattle area. Please note, our Airbnb is located beneath our kitchen. We want to be upfront & transparent about this to set accurate expectations. Our weekdays start at 6.30/7am and you may hear us walking in the kitchen if you're sensitive to noise.

This guest suite used to be the master bedroom of the house, separated to become an independent unit after remodel. It's small but has plenty space for resting, working, dining or enjoy a cup of coffee. The unit has its own entrance at back of the house. The deck overlooks the tranquil green belt. As the house is at the top of the hill, walk to the sidewalk after parking at night, the beautiful Bellevue city light is a scene worth remembering.
