Plum Island Sunset Cottage

Come to PI to stay at our renovated beach house! Enjoy daily sunsets, a short walk to the beach, ice cream, restaurants, convenience, and wild life! The house sleeps 8, with 2 queen bedrooms & 1 bunk room that sleeps 4. The perfect spot to stay to be close to Newburyport, the surf, bird watching, running, cycling, and scenic walks through the peaceful Wildlife Refuge. Please note: this is NOT a party house. It's a cottage to be enjoyed by friends & family, in respect to neighbors and our home.

Annisquam Village Bunny Cottage

This beautiful Annisquam Village cottage was renovated to the highest level of quality by two artist's. Located just 5 minutes from Lighthouse Beach, Cambridge Beach and Talise Restaurant. Bunny Cottage has beautiful gardens, is surrounded by water on 3 sides, and has peek-a-boo views of Wingaersheek Beach from the bedroom window. Coveted South Island location for your New England beach vacation. Ample yard space for beach and ocean views! 3 min walk to sand, 5 min walk to restaurants & stores at the Island center; 3 min to Parker River Wildlife Refuge; 10 min drive to historic Newburyport. There are enough beds for the whole family to comfortably sleep up to 10 people. Charming 2 Bedroom Apartment in Historic Ipswich.

In the heart of historic downtown Ipswich, the John Brewer house has been a family home since 1680! This fully renovated apartment features many modern amenities, like hi-speed internet, 50" and 55" televisions with streaming channels. There is parking for two cars, and we are a short walk to Market Street, the commuter rail to Boston, a large park for children, and many fantastic local restaurants. Drive to Boston or Maine in 45 mins; Salem or Gloucester in 30 mins; Crane Beach in 10 mins!

My Dream house with views of the marsh and sunset

Our rental space has two bedrooms, living room, full bath and a mini kitchen. There is a full deck across the front of the house and a large patio off the bedrooms which is accessed though the sliders in each bedroom. This is all private space for our guests. The views from the front deck are of the great marsh along with the beautiful sunsets. With the Two bedrooms one with a queen size bed and the other with full size bed the house can have 2 to 4 people depending on sleeping arrangements.

It is on the 2nd floor,w/1 bedroom w/ a queen size bed, comfy couch in the living room , as well as an air mattress in the closet. Full kitchen with brand new appliances, Bathroom (shower only), and a living room. This rental is perfect for 1-4 people. One parking spot right on the property. A perfect place for all your Hampton Beach memories to be made!

Ipswich Apartment

The apartment, with a private entrance is located in downtown Ipswich. We are within walking distance to restaurants and the commuter rail, which services Salem, Boston etc. May - September, the CATA shuttle stops at the commuter rail station, a 3 minute walk. Some CATA services include Cranes Beach, and the town of Essex (famous for its clams and antique shops). You can also enjoy a river cruise down the Essex River there. Kayaking, canoeing, and fishing are also available in Ipswich.
