You found cute place made with love to sunsets & comfortable and easy living :) - amazing point between Old and New Town: 100 m to Wenceslas Square, easy access to all tourist attractions, metro A, B, C, trams on one side & close to the local areas with a lot of restaurants (with good beer and prices) on another - entire place will be yours, including private balcony with great view to sunsets - 6th floor WITH elevator - apartment renovated in year 2023 - fully equipped kitchen (just no oven)

Byt má 50 m2, je v prvním patře. Je připraven plnohodnotně ubytovat 4 osoby. Ve velkém obývacím pokoji s plně vybavenou kuchyní, jsou dvě pohodlné postele. V ložnici jsou také dvě postele. Všechny postele jsou široké 100 cm a je možná úprava jak double tak twin. Pro kuřáky je k dispozici terasa vedle bytu.

You have a lots of good restaurants, cafes and tearooms nearby and 1 min SUBWAY B or 1 min TRAM station. It's a great CENTRAL AREA, which I like a lot!:)

An antidote to bland hotel rooms :) My flat is on the first floor of an historic apartment building and it's original features like high ceilings and parquet floors retain the grandeur of early 20th century Prague residences. Features: - kitchen (and Nespresso) - bath, shower, washing machine, bed 200X160cm. The neighbourhood retains 'local' charm, travel to the centre is easy and there's a cool Vietnamese store next door.

One of four rooms in the apartment is used by the owner as storage. The apartment is empty and there is no other person living in it.
