Anche se il monolocale è piccolo è davvero carino! L’ambientazione “metro” è divertente. Alla fine la cosa più importante è la posizione, davvero comodissima e circondata tra tram, bus e treni! Ha anche diversi market e ristoranti vicino. Da consigliare assolutamente!

This was our second time staying at one of Rob and Pavel's apartments. As always, they were so accommodating and had thought of everything. They have kitted out the apartment with all you need for a wonderful stay, and the area is a fantastic part of Prague.

The apartment is wonderful, very clean, well equipped and in a perfect location for walking around the city! It is located behind the National Museum, in a quiet and pleasant place - very close to the sights! The hosts provided us with detailed information on how to get around Prague in a few days, for which we are very grateful! We traveled by car and Robert also helped us with parking. Thanks to their hospitality and responsiveness, we enjoyed Prague without any worries!

This place was amazing. 3 minute walk from National Museum. About 20 mins walk to old town or 3 stops on the tram (all of Prague is walkable but wear good shoes as lots of cobbles) Tram stop at the end of the road, one tram and one bus (cost £2/person) to get to airport. Public transport in Prague is really good and cheap. Apartment is slightly away from busy areas which meant it was nice and quiet - we managed to sleep with the windows open and had no noise. On arrival had cold water, crisps, chocolate, red wine and fruit bowl and we were welcomed by the owners mother-in-law who gave us loads of tips about places to visit and what trams we would need. Apartment was as described and very clean and had everything we could need, including a fancy coffee machine, toiletries and aircon.

Definitely a golden find on airbnb🌟 The apartment was more than comfortable and so clean. It is a 8 minute walk from the metro and it's in a very accessible area with lots of shops around. Plenty of towels and pretty much all of the essentials (quick tip: do bring some extra shampoo). We had a wonderful stay and would 100% recommend 🤩

Happy to highly recommend. I appreciated being able to retreat to the quietness of the district after the hustle and bustle of the tourist parts of the city. You’ll probably prefer to eat in the centre by taking the metro to Muzeum, but there is decent pub food at Pod Hájem, at the end of Davídkova, and U Zvonečku, on the metro station boulevard might be worth a visit. The two fast-foods behind the metro station looked unappealing, but you find supermarkets there. Anyone who has read the great writer Bohumil Hrabal might like to wander around Kobylisy, one metro stop away, where he lived from 1973 until his death, and where some of his stories are set. He lived in a very ordinary, upper-floor flat in a housing estate. It was just as ordinary inside. A plaque was placed outside a few years ago.

Jedno z najlepszych airbnb, w których gościłem. Sypialnia wychodzi na spokojny dziedziniec, na ul. Bořivojovej, na którą wychodzą okna z salonu nie ma dużego ruchu i jest bardzo cicho. W okolicy kilka dobrych restauracji, sklepy i parki. Blisko do Wieży Telewizyjnej. Dojazd do ścisłego centrum Boltem kosztuje mniej niż 150 koron i zajmuje kilka-kilkanaście minut. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, chętnie odwiedzę to ładne i wygodne mieszkanie na Žižkovie ponownie 🙂

Wir haben uns in unseren 3 Tagen in Prag sehr wohlgefühlt. Man ist schnell bei der Metro-Station und damit schnell in der Stadt und die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht! 😇 Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir nochmal nach Prag kommen.

The unit was exactly as described: tidy, well-furnished, and a great value for the size. I spent exactly one week here and appreciated the proximity to Ladvi (where I had work obligations). 10/10 — would certainly come back again!

Magnolia Residence is a beautifully refurbished property in an ideal location—close enough to explore the best of Old Town yet peaceful enough to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bedroom. It had everything we needed for a hassle-free stay. The location couldn’t be better—within walking distance to major attractions and just steps away from metro, tram, and bus stops (including FlixBus stations for longer trips). A convenience store is also just 50m away, making it easy to grab essentials. The host was very responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. Whether traveling solo, as a couple, or with family (2-3 people), this apartment is a great choice. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Apartament bardzo przyjemny i czysty, a proces zameldowania, dzięki jasnym instrukcjom gospodarza, łatwy. Z mieszkania jest bardzo blisko do stacji metra, dlatego dojazd do centrum nie sprawia problemu. Polecam!
