Great location and stay

Tammy and David were great. This is what every Airbnb should be like. They should give a master class on how to treat guests. The best shore spot I have been to by far. Hope I have the pleasure of staying here again. 🍷 Grazie mille!

I have stayed in this apartment for one straight month and I have to say it is very suitable for long-term stays, clean, relatively new, completely furnished and it has everything you need from a place. Moreover, the host, Betty, was always reachable and very supportive. I can't mention any flaw.

This unit is in a great location very private and secure. The host was very knowledgeable, attentive and responded in a quickly manner aesthetically the unit was beautiful very plush. I recommend this unit. It’s family-friendly and have a lot of accommodations.

Derby is a great communicator! We appreciated the fact that he was very attentive towards us from the beginning until the end. If we had a problem, I knew he would fix it right away. The room we stayed in was clean, organized, and smelled so good! I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it! Thank you Derby for being so nice, respectful, accommodating, and helpful!

Veronica‘s House is a dream come true. It is a haven of peace and quiet with beautiful furniture and art throughout the house. We could not recommend it more warmly. Ideal for a vacation or to wind down after a long day of work. Veronica is an extremely responsive host and has great tips of what to do.

I couldn’t have asked for a better place for my girls trip. This place was super comfy and relaxing. We had such a great time here at Beverly’s lovely place. It was fully stocked with everything you need to really make you feel like a home away from home. Definitely will be returning soon!!

A very good feature is also that the Princeton Shopping Centre is basically on the same block!

Home was clean and cozy. Host was very friendly, responsive and helpful. There was a crack in the coffee pot and the iron was missing, Andrew responded quickly and brought us replacement in less than an hour! Very pleased with this home, would rent again in the future!

My family & I stayed for 4 nights & had a wonderful time! The house was beautiful & pristine! It had everything we needed to feel at home. Sara was very responsive to any questions. The house was in a walkable neighborhood very close to Princeton University as well as many shops & restaurants and yet was very peaceful & quiet. Would stay here again next time in Princeton!

Came here for a low-key bachelorette, and it was exactly what we wanted! We spent our days lounging in the pool, and evenings watching a movie together on the couch. Everything to do in Cape May was a quick drive away. Tricia and Lee were also quick to answer any questions, and both check in and check out were a breeze!

We rented the house for our son, his girlfriend, our daughter and grandson. They loved the home and felt it was very comfortable in a safe and quiet neighborhood. Pictures matched the actual condition of the home. David and Kelly were very gracious in allowing my son early access as they arrived from Los Angeles on the red and really needed some sleep. This gesture was greatly appreciated.

The space was very clean and perfect size for a group of 5. We enjoyed spending time at the apartment, in Manhattan, & nightlife in downtown Jersey City. It was great to have an off-street parking spot at night & we felt very safe in the space. However, there is limited street parking during the day & Jersey City itself doesn’t feel very safe (as a group of women who have never been before). Overall though we enjoyed our stay, thank you Erika!

First, Ryan's communication and instructions were excellent. Getting in was easy; I am totally challenged by locks, both manual and digital. I was unsuccessful with the lock, but to underscore that it's ME, my daughter unlocked the door immediately. Inside was clean, comfortable and the provided amenities made our stay very pleasant. Beds were comfortable, trolleys were helpful in bringing in our luggage as was the elevator. The view was spectacular! We wouldn't hesitate to rent again, it was that great!

We had a great stay at Ricardo’s place. It was a great location easy to get everywhere we needed to. Ricardo was very responsive when we messaged. We appreciated his flexibility with check in, and overall friendliness! Would definitely stay again. Thanks so much!

Awesome oceanfront place with easy beach access!

Our stay in Ocean City, NJ was absolutely fantastic! This Airbnb is top-notch, with amenities that truly go above and beyond. The house had everything we needed – from plenty of bath and beach towels to beach equipment and laundry supplies – every detail was thoughtfully covered. The location couldn’t have been better, just a hop, skip, and stone’s throw away from 9th Street and Manco & Manco Pizza. The convenience of the elevator was a huge plus, especially for my older parents and when carrying heavy luggage. We were so happy with the rental and all the thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!
